C&H Nguyen Auto Repair

Came here for an oil change a week ago. The detailed Vehicle Condition Report afterwards showed cracked bushings and a torn timing belt which a previous mechanic in the area missed about 6 months ago. Kevin scheduled me for repairs within a week. Nemo coordinated from there, and the shop had my car done in 6 hours without skimping on quality or overcharging on cost. Honest, thorough guys who do their due diligence and give you the word on what needs to be done, but who aren't trying to scam you out of a buck. Thanks Kevin and Nemo, I'll be taking my automotive business to you both going forward.

I've come to this shop a number of times (AC belt replacement, rear breaks, oil change) and was treated with respect and fair prices. They walked me through exactly what was going on with my car each time, telling me what needed to be done and why while not pushing unnecessary repairs on me based on my vehicle and driving habits.

I even had a problem with a part from an AC belt replacement once and, even though it took two additional visits to figure it out, they didn't charge me a cent for parts or labor when they ended up replacing it on warranty. Great service.

I highly recommend this place! Almost given up on my car and this is the only place that found out what was wrong with it. Car was worked on by a few people in the past & they all missed it. Due to numerous of incorrect parts received, it wasn't done by the expected time. Getting the right part for my car wasn't easy and I understand.

Overall, I appreciate that they did their best to fix it as fast as possible and fit me in the same day to get it done. I like that they work on a variety of makes and models. It was also nice receiving pics showing what the issue was. Place is affordable and the workers were kind. If the price was confirmed and price was different upon paying, let them know. They fixed mine right away.

I am so happy I came here, I needed a straight answer as to what was wrong with my auto. Instead of the run around, instantly Nimo had the answer, hook it up to a diagnostic, then we'll know. So easy.. within a few hours $150 later We knew exactly what was the problem. This is after being taken by a couple of local mechanics playing the guessing game costing me $$.

Want to give zero stars.... I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this could not be ignored I was looking for a shop that cares and wants to help repair my sons first vehicle. Didn't get that vibe at all at this place... people were not friendly to me nor did I ever feel welcomed because I was totally ignored. The inspection I paid $120 was absolutely useless I will never return. And to make it worse after they inspected the vehicle the technician didn't screw the powersteering cap back on. So when I got home my engine bay and garage floor was a big mess. Now I need to have this car re-inspected by a more competent shop that will appreciate my business.

Great service and pricing. Went there to get an inspection on my vehicle and some work done. Would have cost thousands of dollars but took it to C&H and they saved me money and took care of my vehicle for me. Will use again over and over.

I was appreciative of getting my van diagnosed well I apparently ,it was toast.
I'm impressed with the honesty of my vehicle prognosis, anyways I didn't digest well that the van being retired, I want to let the public know that my experience was valued,even though I didn't want that news.so I wasn't stung along well could do_ but it was a fact I have had digest,so just want to say, I like that wasn't that on a wild goose chase silk I recommend thank you

They handled all that I needed in a timely manner. My first time taking my car there; I'm certain I saved money by not going to the dealer. These guys are busy for a reason! I have peace of mind from having them complete my repair.

Installed a new suspension of struts and shocks in one day and I drove away a few dollars less and a more comfortable ride. They use NAPA products - do not know if good or bad.

I will come here again.

Came here for a brake and rotor replacement. The service was quick and easy. I was quoted a reasonable price and they stuck to that quote. I would highly recommend this place.

Nemo did such an amazing job installing my exhaust system on my Civic. From start to finish he communicated and let me know what was going on through the install.
