After reading all the reviews of limo companies, we chose C&M and were not disappointed. Mannie helped us pick the right sized limo at a reasonable price for our wedding party of 12 for a day trip to Napa after the ceremony. He was easy to contact and the booking/confirmation went very smoothly even over the Christmas holiday week. Tom, our wonderful driver, contacted me prior to pick-up the morning of our trip and arrived on time at SF City Hall right in front of the steps. The 14 passenger black Excursion limo was clean & stocked with 2 sets of glasses for 12 as I requested with plenty of water (needed for Napa trips!). He also explained how to use all the controls in the limo which was nice. Tom picked the right routes to the restaurant & wineries we chose and got us to our destinations promptly even though we were a bit behind schedule (imagine that with 12 people!) He was easily accessible for coordinating each pick-up and we never waited even one second for the freshly cleaned limo. Tom helped me keep on schedule, but of course we ran late because we were having such a relaxing fun time. I asked about adding some more time to our trip and without any hesitation, done, no problem. Tom truly enjoys helping guests have an enjoyable day and one of my guests even took a pic with him, he was that good! The ride back was just as smooth (not a bunch of jerky stops/starts/lane shifts, etc.) thanks to his great driving. All in all an excellent day with friends and thanks to Tom, once we got in the limo, the stress of everything just faded away. Without a doubt, I highly recommend C&M! Thanks Mannie and Tom!!! :-)

This is one of thee best limo services in the City.
We hired C & M to take our son and his friends to a concert in the east bay. The driver was prompt and arrived in a clean,shiny SUV (we asked for it) and he was courteous and took care of the boys. The driver arrived safely, waited for them to finish their fun and brought everyone home and handled himself in the most professional manner. All around excellent service. Thank you C & M for quality and personality.

We love our limo experience!

My kids have never been inside a limousine before therefore we wanted to make this a special experience. We also invited some of my kids friends so many kids on this trip. Out of roughly 20 companies I contacted, only Mannie took the time to ask about my party's needs before quoting me.

He took care of us like family, willing to work with us every step of the way. Whenever I have concerns he provided a solution. The driver, Tom, was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. Since we had time between pickup and drop off he took us to a location for some family pictures. All ten people in our party loved experience.

Mannie was amazing to work with. He was responsive to all the calls and emails and responded promptly with details. The Limo was clean, arrived on time and our driver (Rowina) was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this business!!

We had a limo reserved tonight with Mannie Diaz (owner) for a third consecutive year. It was for a big event that we throw every year and all our friends look forward to all year. He confirmed via email multiple times that we were confirmed for tonight. Then, he also confirmed over the phone the same day it was happening. When he didn't show up on time, I called him to ask where he was. He said that he had booked another client on the same night and was going to pick them up. He refused to admit he confirmed multiple times even though I read him the f*c$ing email to his face!! Worst part is that he didn't even apologize. Never ever again. Terrible experience that completely ruined our party. Everyone was dressed up and ready for our party limo to arrive.

Yesterday evening I was scrambling to find a way for our team to travel back to Los Angeles from San Francisco in a panic! The hotel called at 8:30pm to let me know our reservations are being cancelled because they over booked and could no longer accommodate us. Unbelievable!
All hotels sold out, the last flight out was departing in 10 minutes, no train service until the morning, and no bus service until the morning. I didn't know what to do!
The last option was to see if someone was willing to drive our team with a pickup less than 40 minutes out. I called C&M Limo and Mannie picked up. Once he heard what was happening he said " Let me call you back in 10 minutes" and he did. Mannie found us a driver who was willing to drive from San Francisco to Los Angeles at 10pm with no notice at all. Laurence, the driver, could not have been any more perfect. Our team not only made it back to the city in time for the next day "demands" but both Mannie and Laurence went above and beyond to deliver. Absolutely exceeded expectations.
We will only use this company moving forward, and will always request Laurence. Mannie has an amazing team, and is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. LOOK NO FURTHER- BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I just want to give a big shot out to C&M Limousine. I Called and spoke to Mannie on last minute plans for my daughter's birthday right before Christmas. He totally was accommodating and understood of my plans. He academy daughter's day special for her and her friends providing transportation to and from her plan activities for that day. He went over and beyond my expectations and even included a bottle of apple cider for the girls which I was not expecting. He was very professional and send me an email confirmation of my request. The driver was on time and I would totally use C&M Limousine transportation service again if in need of a limo. I also recomend this service for friends and family.

I used C & M for my wedding this October and Mannie was very friendly and the driver, Richard arrived on time. The limo was clean and roomy. The rate was great; it is $75 per hr plus 20% tip.

He drove us around SF to take pictures and was helping us with door and even with my dress!

We had a smooth ride and got everything done in time. Would def use Mannie again!

GREAT DEAL! GREAT SERVICE! THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! We were a bachelorette party of 10 and Mannie was very accommodating and even offered some fantastic suggestions for wineries to visit. I kept in contact with him often and he was always kind and patient. Our driver was Herman, he was on time (actually a little early even), friendly, witty and was just awesome. I would suggest using for wine tours, bachelorette/bachelor parties, airport service... whatever! They're fabulous!

On a side note: We ended up going to Jacuzzi (very Italian feel), Domaine Carneros (champagne) and Rombauer (very woodsy feel) so a perfect variety. I booked for 9 hours and trust me 3 wineries was on par for that time from our hotel in San Francisco (only wish we could have gone to more).
