These guys routinely show up at 7:00 am and start running their equipment by 7:30, waking the entire complex. City ordinances state that they cannot be running leaf blowers and other gardening equipment until after 8:00 am (not to mention how inconsiderate it is!). Please do not use this business. There are many other companies that will do a much better job and will be considerate of the neighbors.

This company was contracted by our HOA, they are horrible, they break sprinklers then charge HOA to fix them, they do not take the grass only use blowers to blow dust and dirt around. Landscaping include trimming hedges and bushes, not these guys, hedges and bushes are over 6 feet tall and unshaped. when I spoke to the contract manager/supervisor and showed him our complaints his response was a snide, 'well, take it up with the property management company."

I wish I could upload pictures and videos of their shoddy work of what they deem complete and satisfactory at the end of their work services.

Poor work, poor customer service, poor communication! This reviewe gives them zero stars!!

Terrible crew. They will destroy your property, your other plants and trees, street poles, sidewalks, etc., all while giving you attitude for asking them to be more careful.

Plus these guys have no idea how to trim palm trees, and have badly over-pruned most of them on our property, which may end up killing the palms in the near future.

Absolutely don't recommend this group. Butchers plants, blow debris all over the parked cars damaging the paint.
Ignored your request and gardeners are not trained. Shame on you

Dishonest company.
Shorted our association 130 plants ,
( including cost of soil amendment, irrigation adjustment, labor) for community planting projects and refused to make up for the losses after we discovered what they did.
Our association had to withhold payment for their monthly service to reconcile the differences.

Our landscape was in bad shape under their care.

A neighbor had these guys at their house and after cutting trees they threw the branches over their fence instead of hauling it off like they were suppose to. This creates a fire hazard in a drought year at that. Don't recommend using them.

Once again their service was impeccable. Mark came out and reviewed the tree work that we needed. A big branch had fallen and was leaning on our garage roof. He quickly assessed the tree and determined the cause. He was able to schedule an appointment in two days and all of our trees were safely pruned and cared for. The workers arrived on time and did a fabulous job. They took down branches and checked all the trees for disease. Mark Carpenter crew manager is the best. He is a trained arborist and came by at the end to explain the work and make sure we were satisfied. I have recommended their service to others and will continue to do so. They are the best.

C and G are the best when it comes to tree service. Ty (our manager) has been superb in working with our limited budget and managing our many trees. We have a 26 unit HOA with lots of open space and trees that had been neglected through the past 10 years while they were growing to maturity.

Our older tree service did not advise us on deferred maintenance and could not match one estimate with another.. S****** (the old company) gave us LOTS of overpriced tree maintenance estimates. And they would take weeks before they would come by for an hour walk through to help us size things up.

About 4 years ago I called a few tree places recommended by our HOA management company. C and G came out the next morning and gave us a rational review of where we needed to go with our trees and how to get there. They gave us an estimate that was literally less than 1/2 the price of S****. When the 4 day job was done they had accomplished about $2000 worth of work extra that we didn't think could be done that year. They had extra hours available on our job and we were already paying for the 4 days.

For the next 3 years C & G continued to live beyond our best expectations regarding our tree work. For the size of our HOA they have done exceptional - well priced - and beautifying work to our trees and restored our diminishing view.

Good work - good price - available for emergencies - quality arborists - responsive and dedicated staff. I can only speak for the arborists but we are considering asking them if they can give us a bid on our landscaping too.
I wish we had heard of them 10 years ago.

I wish all of our vendors gave us this level of service.

Employees of this company who were working on our street blew rocks and debris all over my freshly washed car. After speaking with the company "risk manager" Tracy Berry, who was very rude, she told me to go get another car wash and the company would cut me a check for the cost of the wash. Even though the cost was $42.12 at the hand car wash I use, they only offered to compensate me $35. It has now been three weeks and Tracy is ignoring my calls, texts and I have still not received any check.

We worked with the tree service and construction team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a detail oriented landscape company in the North Bay. They serviced two different properties and we are very impressed with their quality and efficiency.
