Just purchased a Drop N Load Trailer from this company. I dealt with Nicole from beginning to the end(mostly via text and phone calls) and I could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. She was responsive and very professional. I own three businesses and can honestly say Nicole and her team are top notch and very good at what they do. The gentleman that helped me (forgot to get his name) get the trailer hitched and did the walkthrough with me was super knowledgeable and professional. He walked me through everything and I felt confident in the new trailer's operation when I pulled off the lot. I was missing a cotter pin on my BW hitch and the gentleman at the service desk gave me a couple with no hesitation. Solid company for sure.

Everyone at California Custom Trailers was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and simply down to earth. We bought a Polaris from the owner Travis in Paso Robles at a fair price and they took care of everything. It was such a good experience that I went to the Elks Grove store and bought a landscape trailer from Nicole the next month. Awesome experience and they come with my highest recommendation! Travis just seems to hire good people!

Juan the sales Manager is awesome! Came in just looking at the new Ranger Crew XD 1500 Northstar Ultimate. He offered the lowest price we had seen anywhere with the best warranty service contract pricing available. No pressure at all. Wish we would have found these guys years ago. The sales girl was great. Knew answers to every question. Further up North had issues, will always call her when looking for another boat or ATV.

Jake put a lot of effort and attention into getting a deal done. He made sure we got all the details so we didn't have to make a trip from Southern California and be surprised by something unexpected. Overall, good experience, and would recommend.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the service team at Cal custom. I live in Fremont and always bring up our Polaris snowmobiles here for service. Their team has always been accommodating and willing to help. Casie has helped me in the past and just recently Geo helped me in time of need. We were pulling a trailer from Fremont to Folsom and had tire go bad on the trailer. I remembered the team at Cal custom, so we hobbled it to them. Geo got me a tire and got me back on the road in 30 minutes. He even mounted it for me. This is service you don't come across everyday. While I was there, I found out they are now a Mastercraft dealer......Wow....more great news. Now I know where to bring our boat for service. This goes to show when you provide great service, people will come. I had to get out of there because the new toys are too tempting and I have a week spot for toys.
Geo, make room, we are going to bring up 4 800 Pro's for service to beat the rush.

I wanted a Polaris 570 Northstar but unfortunately nobody had one available. I always dealt with one sales person, Nicole Copp, and she was great. She never gave up until she found one at another dealer and got it for me. She was very efficient and patient with me, and the communication through email, text or on the phone was excellent. I'm a very happy customer and I would recommend this company to anybody.
