California Loyal Movers

We have used California Loyal Movers for two local moves during the pandemic and they were excellent on both occasions! The first time they moved us (in September 2020) from a 2br/1ba duplex in Redwood City to a 2br/1ba house in Menlo Park. Marco was very responsive when I called. He did a virtual consult with me so I could show him our potentially difficult-to-move pieces of furniture and he could give us an accurate quote. The team on moving day was prompt, polite, efficient, respectful of property, and COVID-aware (wore masks). Thus, when it was time for us to move to our next place (a 2br/2ba condo near downtown Menlo Park) in January 2022, it was a given that we would be hiring CA Loyal Movers again. I had hurt my back beforehand and my husband was swamped with work, so I wasn't able to pack as much or as quickly as the last move. When I told Marco that we may need some help packing on moving day, he was very flexible and said that we could call him a few days before the move to let him know how much was left to pack. It turned out we would need help packing at least the kitchen, so Marco thoughtfully suggested adding an extra person to the moving team so that the move itself would go quicker. While an extra person costs more per hour, more people can be more efficient, so it ended up saving us time and money on moving day. I highly recommend CA Loyal Movers. We will definitely be calling them again for our next move!

I've used California Loyal Movers twice and am writing this review as I regret not hiring them a third time for my most recent move. They were very careful with my items, covered the floor to ensure they didn't damage it, and had all equipment necessary to move everything. They were also incredibly efficient! Nothing was damaged, everything was handled perfectly. I highly recommend them

This is my second time using Marco's team. I have moved a LOT and these guys are the best movers out there. They have been able to schedule my moves on short notice for the exact days and times that I have needed. They work fast but carefully and the cost is on the cheap side of reasonable.

For both my local moves they came on the first day to do the packing. Four/five guys and a massive truck show up right on time and after being shown around they get right to work. Not a single item was broken in either move. Packing and loading the truck takes a whole day (three bedroom house and full garage).

The next day they arrived at the new house and promptly began unloading and putting together furniture. Everything is moved and placed exactly where you want it so you don't have to any of the heavy lifting on your own. They were able to get the truck unloaded in record time - this move took about 5 hours. With everything placed in the right spot all we had to do was unpack the boxes.

After all is unpacked we called Marco and he sent someone out to collect all the boxes and paper which meant one last thing that we had to deal with.

While we are hoping not to need to move again for a long time, if we do we will be calling Marco.

Updating this review one more time as I recently moved again and used California Loyal Movers (for the 4th time!).

As always, it was a great experience and the move was flawless. Honestly, this is just an honest company with hard working employees. Marco does a great job providing estimates and interacting with customers like me, so I appreciate his work.

Marco facetimed me to get a better idea of what needed to be moved and was prompt/clear/patient/transparent with quotes/info/process. He was communicative throughout the process, and was easy to reach. His team packed and unpacked our 1b1b apt with narrow stairs in less than 3 hrs, with speed and caution. Even though we had many boxes that couldn't be closed, they did their best to tape and load everything. I would highly recommend Marco and his team for any move! They are a wonderful bunch!

This moving co. was recommended to me and that was my good luck. These guys are fantastic. Great attitude and professionalism. I consider my move somewhat difficult given the sharp turns on the stairway and the rather smallish service elevator. These movers handled these challenges beautifully. I found their moving fee to be extremely fair and actually a very good deal. I highly recommend this company. They were a pleasure to work with.

We just used California Loyal Movers to move our household from Southern California to the Bay Area and they did an excellent job!! The same team of five packed all our belongings, drove them north and then unloaded them. And Marco stayed in contact with us throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Hired Marco's moving team to move large equipment from our offices to storage and they were efficient and exceptional! I've gone with them twice, and they're the first company I will call when we have moving needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Marco provided a clear and transparent initial estimate. He was easy to reach both via email and text, and was understanding and flexible with scheduling, as we were having some issues with our initial move date and needed to reschedule.

On the day of the move, Martin arrived with a team of four. They were very efficient, professional, and friendly. They took extra care of all our furniture and had no problem moving things from our 3rd floor apartment via elevator.

The move was completed within the estimated time, and my wife and I were extremely satisfied with the overall experience! Thanks again to Marco, Martin, and the whole team! You guys rock.

If ever you need to move, these guys are the best! They were very careful in packing and labeling our boxes and furniture. They were available on the requested dates, especially last-minute changes, and we also had them move us to Lodi. Very pleasant to work with, spoke English, I enjoyed feeding them, Marco and his team really helped us in our move. We want to thank them all for starting our new retired life.

Our movers were awesome! They came on time, worked really quickly, even helping us finish taping some boxes and wrapping more fragile items.

They saved us money with our UPack storage for a long distance move by managing to fit our 2 bedroom apartment into 2 UPack relocubes instead of 3.

After taking everything out from storage everything survived the trip well, and we're really happy with the condition that their packing left our belongings in.
