California Parking Valet Service

I recently used California Parking for our Spring family gathering, and I couldn't be happier with their service! Despite the event being quite large, everything went off without a hitch. The valets were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and efficient, making the entire process seamless. Parking in our area is notoriously challenging, but they managed it effortlessly, which greatly impressed me. I had no concerns whatsoever and felt at ease knowing our guests' vehicles were in good hands. This is a far cry from my previous experience with another valet parking company! I will definitely use California Parking for any future events and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of professional valet service.

Patrick made the initial process so smooth and seamless. He was very patient and answered all of my questions in such a timely manner.

On the day of the event, everything went better than I could have ever expected. The amount of compliments that I received from guests for even thinking to book a valet service, to the professionalism of the team, to the efficiency and overall organization from the team was truly unexpected. And just for reference, the service was held on San Pablo Ave and Ashby, where there is absolutely no parking and the weather was like 50 degrees, cold with a sprinkles of rain. I am still in disbelief on how they were able to do it all with a smile on their face.

We did not use California Parking Valet Services for my Mom's "Celebration of Life" party as we had too many attendees to host this event in her home.

However, Patrick's initial offer of sincere condolences to my family and myself on the loss of my Mother in the initial and subsequent emails to me regarding Valet services would have sealed the deal for me. I will use California Valet Services without additional quotes from other Valet companies in the future should I need Valet services in S.F. based on Patrick's kindness in his response to our family's loss.

I've been working the California Parking Valet for 8+ years. I manage a country club and we exclusively use them for all our events. I also recommend them to all our private rentals for members for birthday parties, weddings, etc. They are always on time and professional and the members enjoy their happy dispositions and careful parking. One time I forgot to book them and Patrick was able to get a team together the same day, he was a truly a lifesaver and took care of me. Love working with them!

Being late and looking for parking in SF is a huge time sync sometimes. So given my time crunch i decided to give the valet service a try, which i never do unless i have to. Im not a very trusting person when it comes to certain things and i dont hand my keys over easily. However if it's good enough for the Benu folks, it's good enough for me. I ran in, handed it over and they took care of my car. I was then free to enjoy my dinner with peace of mind!
