Got there in 20 minutes and got my forklift out of the mud so we could get back to bottling.

Professional and quick and the driver was knowledgeable and effective

Great service, honest owner. Very efficient and trustworthy. Got me out of a tough situation on a holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. The owner is a complete A**! He literally has no manners as well as people skills . Mot to mention he has no compassion for human life!
My husband was in an accident and almost lost his life. He drove off the side of a steep cliff and landed upside down in the creek. His truck filled up with water with in seconds. He couldn't get his seat belt off at first and he was wrapped up in his work clothes that were in his truck. But Just by the grace of god, after being trapped under water for almost 4 minutes he was able to make it out alive. He managed to somehow crawl through the back window that had popped out during the crash. The fire department along with the CHP both said it was a miracle he survived.
Unfortunately the Calistoga Tow Company was who the CHP had called to assist with the situation. The owner was the driver that morning. He pulled the truck up out of the creek but left the large side box along with everything else that was in the back of the truck.
After meeting him back at his tow yard he stated we have 24 hours to get the rest of our belongs out of the creek or else we'll be fined by the city. And since he had to come out on a holiday...we had to pay holiday rates! The icing on the cake was when he started laughing about what a great story we now had to to tell people! WTF!!?? who says that to someone who literally almost drowned 2 hours prior? Worst company/worst experience ever!

I was in a bind, late in the evening with my elderly mom. I was literally down the street from this place. He offered to tow my car to his yard, which there would be an overnight storage fee, plus the tow and then charge me again the following day to actually tow my car to where I live which is a 45 minute drive from where we were. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR EVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS. I ended up getting towed by a tow company located in my OWN town. This guy actually got out of bed drove 45 minutes to get me and towed us back home (another 45 minutes). Fred you rock!!

Honestly, how do people like these even get a business. The owner is a douche will lie to you to get more money out of you. My car was searched when it was towed I had my trunk latched closed with a rope because it wouldn't lock from the trunk and when I picked up my car it was broken! There was no need to open the trunk of a car that you just towed makes me think they steal anything they can find. He's rude and seems like they have a reputation

Don't even know where to start. I Intentionally reached out to organize a delivery and prevent any issues. I specifically stated that we would have heavy traffic flow that comes in and out of the property. I stated I would not be able to support or receive any deliveries till 1:00 PM or 1:30 PM

These guys show up just before 11 when I had many customers. I had to leave my group... so embarrassing!!
I reminded them I couldn't receive until a specific time and I had stated this in the initial call. They came back again when I had two clients/tour buses trying to leave our property with paying tourists and customers. They actually had a flatbed truck and tow truck pulled into the main entrance of our estate. They were blocking all traffic. No one could leave or enter. Not only did this cause serious damage with our professional accounts, clients, customers... But this was extremely dangerous! No one could enter or exit the property/massive fire block. When I requested them to re-position and move, they would just argue that they were going to do it quickly. I stated that they weren't even in the appropriate entrance. They would just continue with their decisions and tell me that they were going to drop it and then move it to the proper place later. I can't even believe these guys!! I actually think it was the owner of the company driving the truck too.
I also overheard him joking and saying to the other guy - he doesn't even care, he's getting paid by the hour anyway. Totally disgusting behavior and beyond unprofessional.

This place actually gets a big fat zero star. We contacted our roadside service to get our door unlocked (daughter locked them in her car). After waiting 2.5 hours IN Calistoga, a guy shows up, unlocks the door and asks us what we were told the quote was, to which we said "nothing. It's covered by our insurance" after my husband had a very civil conversation with him, the guy literally told him "whatever, get the fuck out of here". What??? When my husband tried to understand the situation with him, he repeatedly told him to "just get out of here" what?? He walked back to his Ford Focus and drove off. We just stood there stunned.

Bad experiences towing , especially if you get the big guy....trust me you'll know him on sight he can barely get out of the truck


Crossing into oncoming lanes going down 29. Busting oil pans, taking 3 extra days to get it to the shop it was supposed to be immediately delivered at



Apparently commutes from Fairfield and sleeps in truck between shifts that are wayyy too long while being sketchy as a doodle.




Actual shop is meh, owner is crazy rude and will bark at you while glaring fairly regularly


But good for fluids and basic maintenance if you need something simple Done in town....wayyy better than porters




Dudes in Uhaul office are great tho, they deserve more credit. Seems they also get treated like garbage from owner

One late morning our car broke down in downtown Calistoga and needed a new starter. Geico's towing network had estimates of 2hrs eta. These guys came in 20 minutes. Also we called 5 or so repair shops which did not have the part and would not secure it till a few days...these guys got the part the next morning so our car was fixed shortly thereafter and available within 10 minutes of finishing repairs. Overall we were happy that our car turnaround was within 24 hrs VS the quoted few days of other services at the time in the area. Thank you guys!

I called to move my car 9.5 miles from Saint Helena to Calistoga, an easy pick up drop off service. The pleasant lady on the phone contacted the driver, who quoted me $160. I could move my car in San Francisco for cheaper than that. Sorry guys, I'm not sure how the service is, but your prices are obnoxious.
