This is a 2 month late review for my purchase of a used car from Capitol Toyota.

My sales person was Ahmad Jamous, he was friendly, knowledgable and made the sales transaction very seamless. He showed me the car fax details and answered all my questions.

I found a 2010 Subaru Outback that was marked down by $2000 that was in an immaculately condition.

Great reception and hospitality as well.

I am still very happy with my purchase.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Capitol Toyota in San Jose, dealing with Evan Hague and Tiffany Ly. I was interested in a specific car, and both Evan and Tiffany assured me that it was available. However, after driving to the dealership, I found out that the car was already being sold to someone else. This kind of dishonesty is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, they tried to justify marking up the MSRP by $16,000, citing "low inventory" due to Covid. This outrageous markup felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of the current market situation. I understand that inventory might be lower, but a 16k markup is beyond reasonable. This experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would strongly advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with this dealership, as honesty and transparency do not seem to be their priorities.

Bought out my lease yesterday on my car- the team at capital Toyota are great! They made it effortless and fun. Just picked up a new RAV4 hybrid a few days ago and the crew at Capitol Toyota was great. Salesman Le Nguyen has been very patient the past few months because i couldn't make up my mind. Once i got there, it was an easy choice to buy it. Everything was smooth and quick since she pretty much knew the answer to all my questions. I will recommend all my family and friends to her for sure.

In the back office, Arleen and Sabrina were very helpful in regards to the finance stuff. They both were extremely patient with my hundred questions. All 3 made my purchase quick and painless! Five stars end to end !

Came here in March to purchase a Toyota Corolla Hybrid and it is running so good. Shout out to Jose for not wasting any time with the negotiation and Jorge with the paperwork with no hidden fees/charges on the contract. Got the deal done in less than an hour.
