Howard is very friendly and responsive. He helped with my purchase of a Kia Niro EV back in late March and we completed the process in less than a week. I had already narrowed down to two candidates (Niro or Ioniq5) and Howard quickly got quotes for both. I pointed him to a dealer where I saw a promotion and he negotiated for me to make sure there were no surprise add-ons. I went to the dealer and purchase the car at the agreed price. The only negotiation I had to do was the extended warranty.
