I was referred to Amanda Baskin at cartelligent by a trusted friend who had just bought a car with her successfully. I found Amanda to be friendly, cheerful, can-do and very helpful in reducing my work load of researching, negotiating and purchasing a new vehicle. She helped me to compare between different cars for the features I wanted. Also, I did NOT want to do a deal with car brokers and she took that part on with some apparent zeal I didn't have.

I got my ultimate happy-zone car and it unfortunately, the vehicle wound up having a few major problems. No one expects this of a new vehicle, but it does happen sometimes, and it happened to me. The new model I purchased was SO new, US manufacturers didn't yet stock the parts I needed. It would have been even more frustrating and miserable had it not been for Amanda and Kelly at Cartelligent.

Cartelligent took the responsibility for helping me get the new car I deserved and worked pretty tirelessly to get things made right with the manufacturer, once it became apparent mine wasn't yet perfect. This was not an experience anyone could have prepared me for...but looking back, I think it is an extra added feature of Cartelligent service that they stood behind me and really made sure that they got my vehicle and my needs got met in conjunction with the manufacturer...that was a HUGE bonus! I recommend Amanda very much.

I've been a loyal customer of Cartelligent for nearly 20 years, and their service has consistently exceeded my expectations. Most recently, they helped me with a new car lease and seamlessly managed the return of my previous lease. The process couldn't have been easier--all handled through email and phone calls, saving me a significant amount of time and hassle.

What I appreciate most about Cartelligent is that they take care of all the tedious aspects of car leasing, from negotiating the best price to dealing with dealerships. I never have to set foot in a dealership or get caught up in the back-and-forth of negotiations. Their team is professional, responsive, and truly has the customer's best interests at heart. I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone looking to lease or purchase a car without the usual headaches.

This was my first (and will be my last) buying experience thru Cartelligent. I had heard the they delivered the car you want, at the best price, with high touch service. That was not at all what I got. It was the car, but I am not sure it was the best deal, but the reason for this rating was the poor service I received at every step along the process.
Once my car was located, I was passed off to the dealership to do the paperwork with someone I had never met. It was so impersonal and so transactional. I had no direct contact with the Cartelligent salesperson (Aaron) for the deal or instructions on the close. I was pressure sold a service package by a salesman with a dealership I will never see. I sent an electronic downpayment and that was it. No appreciation at all. What a letdown of a luxury car purchase.
Then there was the delivery experience. It was awful. The car was a day late and the guy who delivered it knew less than nothing about the car. I got no orientation, no help with the tech (that still doesn't work), no help at all, and absolutely no thank you for leasing a car. So unprofessional. Another big let down.
I reached out the the Cartelligent sales person about getting the tech fixed. He then passed me off again the the dealership where an assistant called me to try and help but just made it all worse. It was a series of really poor customer service experiences. I never heard from the dealership again. They just took my money and left me very dissappointed.
Bottom line, I hold Cartelligent responsible for my terrible experience. I really wish I had gone directly to my local dealership and leased the car directly with the people I will now go to for service. Cartelligent did not deliver any added value for me, just the opposite. The worst car lease expereince I have ever had. I cannot recommend Cartelligent at all.

Great car buying experience with Cartelligent. After chatting on the phone and through email, Hilary and the team found us the car we wanted, locked in a competitive price and secured the vehicle for us (it was in transit from the manufacturing plant) and delivered it right to our door. We never had to negotiate or speak with any car salesmen or waste our time searching for what we wanted. We were under a deadline to get it before a big road trip and the team stayed on top of it for us so we got it on time. Sooo much better and totally worth the fee to purchase this way.

We'll never go back to the old way of being jerked around by a car dealer again. Highly recommend.

This was truly the best car buying/leasing experience of my life. They made it so easy and stress-free. I worked with Hilary Brophy, and we had so much fun finding the perfect car for me. I didn't have to negotiate with anyone, I never felt like I was getting a bad deal, and I really enjoyed the entire process of getting a new car... that's how it was supposed to be!!! I want to enjoy and be excited about getting my new car, and Cartelligent made that possible. I will never buy/lease a car on my own again. Such an excellent service... seriously, I can't say enough. Absolutely worth it. AND the icing on the cake, they brought my new car to my house and took my old lease back for me. The entire process couldn't have been easier or more convenient.

Ethan made our experience at Cartelligent easy and fun! We were in the market for a new EV and were newbies to the EV market. Ethan is a great, patient teacher who genuinely loves helping people. We're now happy EV6 (Wind) drivers thanks to Ethan showing us how to get the most bang for our buck.

I have purchased two cars from David Schapiro at Cartelligent and had a pleasant experience. Recently, I asked him if he knew of a good shipping company as I am in the process of moving back east and wanted to ship a car to Connecticut. He informed me that his company did that and referred me to one of his employees. Let's call her "L".
From the moment I was first introduced to this woman to our final communication, I received very poor customer service and a complete lack of accurate information on the whereabouts of my car, the cost of the transport, and when I would receive the vehicle.
She was incredibly rude and unresponsive. I won't go into the details because I think that's unimportant but I will say that if you are getting a bid for shipping your car make sure you get it in writing prior to letting them have the car and insist on all the details in writing as well. I learned my lesson.
I was told the fee for arranging the shipping through Cartelligent was $275 but ultimately there were hidden fees, which I knew nothing about. I also saw the invoice that the trucker had on board and the actual price of shipping the car was a lot less than I was charged. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Cartelligent. I contacted them at the recommendation of my parents, who purchased their new car through the company and worked with Aaron in December last year. Their process was so smooth, despite challenges with car supply at the time. Aaron came recommended to us by a family friend, who worked with Aaron at the recommendation of his son who also worked with Aaron and Cartelligent. So you can see there's a record of success here!

Aaron made the process as painless as possible (which is really saying something, as car buying, in my experience, especially as a woman, can be challenging) and did a fantastic job getting me the car that I wanted at a price that worked for me. It's also the first time I'm leasing a car (rather than buying), so Aaron explained the leasing process to me and answered a lot of questions with patience and humor (which I so appreciated).

Jonathan worked with me to pick up my car and was a delight. He showed me around my new car and helped me connect to and start using the company's app on my phone. He was quick and efficient while also being patient and kind as we worked through all the buttons and technology.

I wholeheartedly recommend working with Cartelligent, Aaron Braverman, and Jonathan Chan. These are the people you want to work with during a process that can be frustrating and difficult. They make it easy and pleasurable and completely bypass the challenges of car buying/leasing. 10/10, no notes!

Honestly, such an easy experience. Worked with Ethan who got me a great deal on an EV. I reached out on a Thursday and had a brand new car in my garage by the following Tuesday.

Communication was really good, process was super painless with zero surprises throughout. Team at East Bay Cartelligent at pickup were great. I was in and out in probably less than 25 minutes after signing some paperwork and getting a quick rundown of the car features.

Compared to my last experience at a dealership, even with a pre-negotiated deal and simple financing, it took hours. When this lease is up, I'm headed right back :)

I wanted buying a car to be easy, and Cartelligent delivered!
We knew what car we wanted, but it was difficult to find a dealer that had the right one (color, trim, options, etc) available. Plus my experience with a dealer has ranged from negative to terrible. I want to just click a button and buy a car.
I emailed Chuck from Cartelligent what we wanted (must haves, nice-to-haves), and two days later he had two options. It arrived two weeks later, and we signed most of the paperwork electronically. Zero interactions with the dealer, which is exactly what we wanted. Plus, it was $2k under MSRP, with 0.9% APR. Perfect.
I'll never go back to talking to a dealer, this was so much easier.
