It felt like an mix between a cute boutique x outlet store. I'm happy with the white shirt and greeting card I got. You have to be sure of your purchase because their return policy is not great. There was a line out the door when they first opened. Now there's no line and the employees mostly leave you along which I like.

I had never been to Cary Lane before. I went to two locations within weeks of each other. I think of all of the years I was missing out! Darn it. I stumbled across this place when looking online for factory outlets stores (SF used to have a large garment district with factory outlets) and luckily I came across something on Instagram about a Veteran's Day sale. Good prices and when they have a sale, even better. I suggest checking this store often to see what new things come.

Terrible Return Policy - ​​Beware!

My experience with Cary Lane and its return policy has been nothing short of a nightmare. Firstly, they offer exchanges or store credit within a ridiculously short 7-day window, exclusively for full-priced items.

But here's the kicker - you better keep that original receipt and price tags intact! It's like they're stuck in the Stone Age, oblivious to the convenience of digital records.

And don't even think about returning sale, marked-down, or any other items they've conveniently labeled as final sale. It's a blatant attempt to trap customers into keeping unwanted products.

To top it off, no refunds are offered! Seriously? In this day and age, a company that refuses to provide refunds is a red flag. I strongly advise against shopping at Cary Lane unless you enjoy navigating through an absurdly restrictive return policy.

This store is awesome. The staff are friendly and gave us a helpful introduction. And the store actually does have a great selection of cool clothes at really good prices. (I just wish they had more stuff in men's small!) I also thought the the organization by color coordination was cool. It's definitely a store I plan to frequent in the future.

The two "Ls " sadly I only remember one name but they worked today , Wednesday the 10 at 2pm. Anyway, the 2 ( Ls) makes Cary lane a great place to shop .
They welcomed me into the store with a smile. They also offered advice on gifts for my friend. We had good convo and they didn't mind me interrupting their conversation on multiple occasions . These girls have amazing customer service.

One of my favorite stores in San Francisco! The staff are all so kind and welcoming- big shoutout to the store manager, Megan, who always helps me pick out the best options. They have a wide range of good quality clothing, unique pieces of jewelry, cute accessories, trendy sunglasses, and elegant shoes. I also love the scarves they sell in the fall! Highly recommend stopping by whenever you're shopping around in Haight :)

I'm still amazed by the steal of my latest Cary Lane haul. I'm not one to guard keep, so the secret is out. This place is super chic, Instagram worthy and carries samples of so many epic trendy brands that you would find on revolve, Bloomies, Saks etc. There are probably a ton more others that you've probably never heard of but all are up to 70% OFF! I bought a few dresses that I literally just found the same brand on revolve. Bought it for $60 but it's $399 on revolve and selling on Poshmark used for $200! You have to dig through but it's honestly worth it. My favorite of their regulars are: minkpink, free people, BB Dakota, Alice + Olivia, current Elliot, Levi's etc. The shoes and leather bags are superb. A lot of great men's European and English brands too. A lot of basics.. and always a killer sale. Not sure how they make money but the excellent customer service and inventory keeps me coming back for more. Oh and a plus is that they have treats for your pup!

I have just found my new fav store! I just moved up to the city and was wandering around haight and stumbled across Cary Lane! Immediately was greeted by sweet employees. Starting with the jewelry, I have never seen such cute pieces at such great prices! Moving on to the clothes, I loved the options, from classy cocktail dresses to comfortable leisure clothes. I throughly enjoyed my first time, and can't wait to become a regular!

Destiny was a great help! She helped me find a really cute skirt and we had a great talk about life. I will definitely be back to this store next time I'm on haight.
