We originally discovered Castle through the Bosch website Dealer Search. We hadn't heard of them before, but we liked what they had to say on their website (seemed like good people) so we had them come out to discuss the installation of a new Heat Pump. We got bids from a few companies, but Castle really stood out as trustworthy and the type of people you could rely on for friendly post-purchase support. Even to create the estimate before getting the job, they spent at least an hour at our house examining the old system, taking measurements and crawling under the house and through the attic. AND they were happy to come out twice as I had follow-up concerns with where to put the outdoor unit due to my irrigation set-up and electrical panel. Richard was super patient and more than happy to answer any questions we had. By comparison - the two other companies that came out to bid didn't even enter our home. They were sizing our system needs based on their gut, which wasn't confidence inspiring.

The actual demolition and installation phase was amazing. They were fast, yet thorough and kept everything super clean! Before this project, I failed to appreciate how many pipes, hoses and electrical lines are needed for a heat pump to operate. So I was super impressed with how Castle was able to keep everything running in tight lines, with minimal visual clutter. We encountered one issue with the operation of the unit about three weeks after installation (it was tripping off) and they came out immediately to trouble-shoot and resolve it. Works flawless now.

Richard said to me multiple times how important it was to him personally for us to be happy with the system and everything he did reinforced that statement. We highly recommend them!

Richard is a partner and guide for heating and air. I had an entirely new system go into a 1973 house without ducting. Richard and his team were excellent across the board. Family oriented and non predatory sales approach. The owner is doing the work himself so you know you'll get the best customer service and overall execution possible. Richard was great to work with. Needed some work done on my AC and they were able to squeeze me in. Great guy, very professional and thoughtful. You can tell it's a family run business by the attention to detail and he just wants to help and make sure the job is done right. Would highly recommend him.

If you want an honest and job done right, Castle Heating & Air is the company to call. We had a few companies come out so we can get pricing on an HVAC system and one of them didn't even want to take the time to walk through our home. I was honestly starting to feel quite discouraged. They told us due to our very small crawl space and extra add on to our home, that it would basically be near impossible to do what we wanted. That was not the case with Castle Heating & Air. Richard was very thorough and told us what to expect with the whole process. He did an amazing job and we could not be happier with their service! I recommend this company 1,000 percent!
