This is second time Javier and his team have saved the day! Only plumbers (out of 3 or 4) who could find the septic tank on our property - number one.

I recently needed plumbing service, including emptying the septic tank and replacing its pump. Javier from Castle Pumping & Plumbing Service was fantastic! He was prompt with a quote and completed the job quickly on the same day. He explained everything clearly throughout the process and there were no hidden fees. I was in Korea when my mom's toilets and showers started to back up on a Friday afternoon. My mom, not knowing what to do, called RotoRooter who determined it was the septic tank.

I was frantically trying to call anyone who could help my mom Friday night. No one. I found out quickly that plumbers don't do septic tanks and septic tank pumpers don't do septic tank location. We didn't know where the septic tank was and I needed to find someone to both find it and pump it. I couldn't even get a callback from any of the septic tank providers like Aaron's or Pichanga or Able. My mom would have to wait.

Saturday morning and I call frantically and found this review for Aaron's.

And he mentions Javier from Castle who found the septic tank. So I called. Javier was professional and kind. He understood my mom's predicament and even though he didn't have a crew ready, he found a way to get a team to my mom's house. They not only found the septic tank with relative ease and accuracy (there weren't random holes in the ground) but they also pumped it and got my mom's house back in working order.

They also determined that there was quite a lot of root invasion into the sewer pipe from the house to the septic tank. He helped us find a really cost efficient and non-invasive solution that met the needs of our budget and also gave us the peace of mind knowing the the problem was fixed.

I can't recommend Javier and Castle enough. Responsive, responsible, sensible and affordable.

Javier and his crew went above and beyond what we were expecting for the service needed to locate, unearth, build up, cover, concrete patch and site cleanup a 40+ year old septic tank for a small church in Morgan Hill. It took approximately four days to complete the above work and Javier kept me apprised of the necessary work and costs associated every step of the way. We tried two other companies within the last five years and both were unable to accurately locate the tank. CP&P used a camera system and located the exact tank location including clean out ports buried 3 feet below a concrete walkway. They cut the concrete and dug out both ports without disturbing any other areas. Once the tank was pumped out, they inserted corrugated tubes down to the clean out ports, installed steel commercial manhole covers and patched the concrete area exacting. I can't recommend this company enough for the thorough and professional work they did and will be using them again for subsequent drain pipe repair of the line leading to the leach field. Great company and great service!

I had an emergency situation happen in the early evening hours yesterday 2/5/24, with the toilets suddenly overflowing, water backing up in the bath tubs, showers, sinks etc. I called Javier and he sent a crew out in 1 hour along with himself. They pumped my septic tank and snaked my main line at a very reasonable cost. They went above and beyond the call of duty after the usual working hours for most contractors and did not leave until my drainage was working properly. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve many more than that. I'll always call Castle from now on!

My experience with Castle Plumbing & Rooter was excellent from start to finish. We had septic tank lid risers installed, meaning the team had to first locate our septic lids, dig them out and then install the risers.

Javier was super responsive via Yelp and phone, scheduled the job right away, showed up with his team on time, and did excellent work. Javier's pricing was fair and transparent, and he is just a nice guy--showing me where the various components of my system were located, giving recommendations for maintenance and making sure I was happy before he left. A+ work and A+ business. Would work with Castle again for sure.

Had to get the Access ports to our Septic Tank uncovered so it can be pumped after many years. I didn't know where the second port was and needed someone to find it and uncover it before the pumper could come out.

The Pump company recommended Javier and Castle Plumbing. Gave them a call and Javier arranged for a team of two of his crew to come out immediately! I mean like in 45 minutes.

They found our place with no problems (which in itself is always a good sign as we're hard to find in the hills here) and were super professional (in a good way).

They quickly found the second access port and had the right power tools to dig into the hard dirt and then fully uncover the port.

They discovered that the existing concrete covers were brittle with age and cracked while removing (the whole concrete tank seems to be near end of life).

Luckily they had some replacements with them and was able to replace them at a very fair price. Javier did give me the choice of this very low cost replacement or installing risers. But there was no hard sell.

I would highly recommend them and when time comes to replace the tank they will be the first folks I get a quote from.

Javier and his team came in and did an amazing job on a critical sewage issue that I encountered in the midst of this winters' storms. He not only replaced the corroded 80+ year old cast iron pipes in the home (which was all of the pipes in the home) in a tight crawl space, but he also took the time to speak on the phone several times during the course of the bidding and project execution process to ensure I felt comfortable with the scope of work, understood what the best path forward was for the longevity of the home, and teach me a few things about septic systems so I can better manage them in the future. By the end of the project, I felt like I was speaking to a trusted friend.

Javier and team were recommended by Aaron's septic to dig out the hatches. During that work he also recommended putting risers on the hatches for a couple thousand bucks. He also billed me for service on a basin pump which he plumbed in a way that blocked the inlet every 10 days. Many months later after having repeated blockages another plumbing company discovered with the camera that Javier's bad plumbing blocked the inlet.
Stay away from this company.

Great find! Javier and his team are amazing. Javier responded immediately to a blocked clean out valve and then his team installed a new pipe from the house to the septic tank. They were extremely careful not to disturb the plants and bushes. Very professional, timely and reasonable. We will use Javier and Castle Pumping and Plumbing for all of our septic and plumbing needs.
