Catos Paving

If you are considering paving or doing any residential asphalt repair or seal, I recommend talking with with Cato's Paving. Their knowledge of materials depending on your project is pretty extensive. The level of communication was perfect, the crews work hard and treat the road project as if it was their own. From our initial consultation to replace existing asphalt, sealing the roads, painting the curbs, adding speed bumps and replacing the street signs with new ones... Cato's Paving were a pleasure to work with. After a couple of quotes from others,Catos' offered valuable observations that really improved our plan and ended up saving us money from others. We wanted to level up the community drive experience, it came out looking like a million bucks. The crew even re-graded some of the roads for better drainage to make the new road last longer; we'd use Cato's Paving again in a heartbeat.

To sum it up... Cato's are honest in assessment, fair in pricing options, and beyond exceptional in execution!

if you want expedited services reach out to these guy, they've show their skill on I880 as I was aggressively cut by their work truck on the carpool lane. Anyways, they have great guys here. Really attentive to deadlines and urgency. They are also happy with what they've done that they'll mock you as they drive by. I'm happy car cameras exist, more to add.

ERI Hired Catos for an Asphalt and re-strip job for the company parking lot, Ruben was our project coordinator he was straight forward with the whole process, all it took was 1 day to remove the old broken up Asphalt and replace with new. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service including Jessica, the Foreman, and all the guys involved with this project!

Caitos did a great job on repairing our warehouse driveway. They were reliable in scheduling, responding, cleaning up after themselves, sensitive to neighbors, and did a great job. Will definitely use them again!

We had contacted Cato's for a job we needed done they sent Robby to come do estimate he spoke with us for about 5 minutes saying he would look around so he can do estimate but left right after our conversation and never heard back from Robby or this company.

I would rate this company as extremely poor. We called and emailed this company to come out and give us a quote to stripe our warehouse floor and the dock lanes on January 15th. We received an response on January 16th stating they would send out their estimator as early as the same day. On January 26 I reached back out to Stella at Cato's and inquired on when we should expect the proposal. I was then informed by our on site manager that no one had shown up. Stella stated that she would send an email to Jesse (their estimator). On January 31st I emailed Stella again asking if Jesse was able to get out to our site and prepare the proposal. Stella responded stating that she would follow up with Jesse that day and would get back to my ASAP. On February 1st I emailed Stella regarding the all the details for our project as we still had not hear from Jesse. On February 7th I emailed Stella stating that it appears that Cato's Paving obviously does not want our business. Advising that I have emailed 9 times in the past 3 weeks and the estimator has yet to arrive. Stella responded with, "I apologize for the delay. In speaking with our estimator, we will not be able to provide a proposal for this project." This is after 3 weeks!!! This is not a way to do business!

We are so happy with the professionalism and skill of Cato's Paving. Ruben was friendly and helpful from the first call through to job completion. They went above and beyond to work in conjunction with our other contractors on our construction project. Our finished, newly graded and paved, driveway looks fantastic! Thank you Cato's!

14 years ago I installed an asphalt driveway at my house. After all this time I've never maintained it and my driveway lost it's nice black color and developed a few minor cracks. It was time to fix the driveway before I needed more costly repairs. After checking online for highly rated companies, I got a few quotes for filling the cracks and sealing the driveway. The 3 companies I called were all pretty close in price and I decided to go with Cato's.
The team arrived on time and went straight to work. They thoroughly cleaned the area that needed filling and sealing and quickly got the job done. The sealant was applied carefully and there were no signs of splatter or messy footprints.
I'd highly recommend Cato's and would definitely call on them again.

I contacted Cato's Paving about filling and sealing some large gaps in our residential driveway. Although Cato's only services commercial properties, the individual I spoke with recommended products a handyman could apply to accomplish the job at a reasonable price. Greatly appreciated advice!

Our group of 6 neighbors share common easement/driveway areas totaling 8,200 sq. ft. Several of our asphalt areas were in need of tree root incursion repairs and then resealing of the entire 8,200 sq. ft. common and driveway areas. After contacting 5 companies for estimates, we decided to go with Cato's Paving. Here are some of our reasons and post work comments:

1. Our estimator Juan Delgadillo was extremely professional through all aspects of the bidding and project oversight from day 1 of our contact.
Phone calls and texts were returned without delays on any matter or questions that were raised. Juan met with all 6 neighbors and did an onsite walk through explanation of the project and Q&A with all of our neighbors.
2. Cato's bid was competitive and detailed. One of the key reasons we decided to go with Cato's was their more comprehensive bid that included additional details that other bids did not.
3. Cato's back office support included separate invoicing for all 6 neighbors detailing separate work for both private and common areas.
4. Our entire project was done in 2 work days with the work beginning and finishing ahead of time.
5. The work crews were well staffed, professional, and the clean up could not have been better.

We have been pleased from start to finish on our project.
