If you're interested please email us at info@cbfit.com. CB Fit offers two different 45min low impact workouts in two separate rooms. We offer a rhythm cardio and strength based bootcamp class using a climber machine called the Power Tower. We also offer a "Pilates on Steroids" type of class using the Lagree Method on the Megaformer. CB Fit combines cardio, strength, endurance, body composition, and flexibility in every class.

Absolutely love this studio. From the space to the people, everything is amazing. I've been going here for about 10 months or so and I've went to my fair share of studios in the Bay Area for lagree and I honestly just love CB so much. I live in Oakland and make the commute to Walnut Creek because I love all the instructors (I've seen about 20 different instructors) and love their lagree and climb classes. They offer so many classes throughout the day so it's convenient to snag a class! They have about 12 machines I believe on both the lagree and climb side. The space is very spacious and doesn't feel crammed. Highly recommend checking out if you haven't already!

I forgot I had been here before and had decided to sign up for their climb class the other day w Michaela. Reception at desk and michaela were both welcoming and friendly. It was a Great choice trying out this class, bcuz this class kicks your tushy! It was well paced cardio and strength building. And the music was so good, high upbeat tempo to get you pumped to workout. Prior to class, The Instructor showed me how the machine worked, so following the class and movements was on point. I sweated throughout the workout and was surprised how it was a great workout. Loved it, thank you!

Just when I think I'm fit, I'll take a class like this that challenges my tushy up a notch! Lisa the instructor was welcoming. She started class on time & guides you through the movements. Tried out a climb x bootcamp class and I loved it. Definitely a great workout. The parking lot is small and you must park in an unmarked spot. The climb room is very slim but it works. There's no lockers but cubbies. I would definitely go back to try the lagree class.

Friendly instructors and people all around. Everyone knows each other on a first name basis. I get a great workout every class. They have single classes for anyone that isn't sure about the monthly commitment. Their app is one of the best that I have seen. I have a busy schedule so I'm consistently making changes and it takes a few seconds on their app.

I needed to incorporate some strength training into my weekly fitness schedule and I'm so glad I found CB Fit! Lagree is so challenging but so rewarding. I never sweat (or it really takes a lot for me to sweat) and I leave the class drenched!!!
Classes are never exactly the same and you get a full body workout in just 45 minutes (although it feels like 2 hours of results!!). Morgan, Pamela, Aurora & Kim are my go to classes and they're so friendly and helpful.
If you want to incorporate strength training to help build muscle, tone your body and burn fat, I would def recommend CB fit.
For context, I work a pretty demanding job and commute from the east bay to SF almost every day. I come here straight after a long day of work and I'm so glad I have great instructors that can guide me through a workout without having to think about what I need to do next. I just do it and CB fit makes it so easy. It gives me the energy to restart my day the next day. I just hit my 500th class with CBFit! Since day one the instructors have always been welcoming and encouraging. The workouts never get easier which is a good thing
and every workout is challenging. Music never gets old and the variations of exercises keep you on your toes. My favorite trainers are Chelsea, Pamela, Paul, and Kim! They are all excellent and being a trainer myself I appreciate how knowledgeable they each are! I especially appreciate the corrections to make sure I stay injury free. Great studio for both bootcamp style climb classes and Pilates mega reformer! If you're a newbie to Pilates like me, it can be intimidating to start when your core strength sucks I started taking the climb classes via ClassPass and tried out a mega reformer class and felt the results of core, stability and strength pretty quickly! Signed up for a membership directly (they have great affordable intro packages as well!)
Very kind studio staff and small business owned. They pay attention and everyone has a unique and fun teaching style. Definitely check this out and try it for yourself, I come from Pleasanton to WC for it!

First time here and I already fell in love with it. It's just so happened that I am really starting to like Lagree and then I saw they also have the X Climb! The area is clean and the staff is really nice. I live in Hayward and I had to drive here just so I can try it. My daughter lives in LA and she's been taking this class there once a week or so. I have seen only 2-3 cities that offers this class close to my area and they're all no less than 44 minutes drive. It's kind of too far from where I live though but I will come back again definitely. Parking is at the back of the building. Make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to get settled in.

Love this studio! Classes are really effective at building strength, endurance, and flexibility while being low impact, so workouts are suitable for everyone. The CB Fit team is always encouraging and supportive, making the classes fun, challenging, and sweaty. Highly recommend trying one out, then you'll be hooked!

Cannot say enough good things about CB Fit. Stumbled upon this place while looking for a Pilates studio -- and while this is Lagree (not Pilates), it is so much better! The instructors are AMAZING, the vibe is unparalleled. Every time I step in there I am transported to another dimension where I don't realize just how hard I am working (until it's over) and my core is screaming -- it's magical. It's the best piece of my workout that I didn't even know I was missing; and now, I can't stay away.
