CDM Asphalt

The January storms had our driveway torn up. I contacted CDM Asphalt and after setting a budget and doing a measurement of the portion of driveway we want redone, they were here within a few days and knocked out the work in record time.

I worked with Brandon and he was my main contact during that time. Very nice guy and very responsive. Thanks for being a pleasure to work with!

Unreliable. Arranged a time to give estimate on our road. Nick did not show but called 5 hours later. No explanation but arranged again for the next AM. He did not show again and no further follow up. I had changed my schedule waiting for him. Complete waste of my time.

Like many other reviews, decent work but no follow through and terrible communication. Excuses and eventually no response to promises of follow up for services offered. We had to use another contractor who was able to take care of our needs right away. Don't use, other contractors who have integrity and offer better pricing and services.

Nice guy, reasonable pricing, got us on his schedule promptly. However, he said to contact him for any problems and we do have a depression in the driveway that needs to be filled in and leveled. My spouse and I have left many messages and he has not responded. We are disappointed in the lack of follow up.

Kudos to Nick and his team. Fast, fair, and professional.
What more could be added to this professional resume ? Nothing. Nick's focus in on the customer from
start to finish. Hard to find in this day in age. But Nick and his team epitomizes these simple principles.

CDM just completed our church parking lot.. They came out and gave me an estimate an estimate twice. On. On the day of service they were prompt at 8 AM with their entire crew ready to start work.. They finished a 2 day job in 1 day 1 day. There were great to communicate with and their attention to detail Was exactly what we were looking for. The church parking lot looks lit looks like a brand new parking lot again . We are very happy with their work and highly recommend anybody buddy that is looking to have there parking lots redone to contact them.

Thank you so much CDM Asphalt. I had a serious issue with my asphalt driveway. They explained all of my options. They gave me a great price and did an outstanding job. The owner Nick and his crew were great. I used to do the work myself but from now on I will definitely call CDM Asphalt when I need any work on my driveway.

Living on one of the private roads in Orinda, the six of us had to pay for long needed repaving just like was needed on the public roads. CDM and Max Garibay gave us the best bid for our steep 500ft 20% grade court. Despite how hard as the job was, 23% at the steepest part, stretching equipment capabilities, they did a great job.
Then they repaved my driveway for the first time in 61 years.

Called many times for a estimate, left voicemail with my information and project description and they never returned my calls.

Nick was very responsive and gave me a quote over email based on the square footage of our driveway (we had our asphalt sealed). He showed up on time, and went above and beyond by running to the hardware store to fix something that wasn't part of the original quote. He didn't charge more. The team did quick work, were very pleasant, and finished the job perfectly. I would highly recommend.
