The phone screen on my friend's S23 Ultra broke from a strong gusty wind as he had it recording from a tripod that fell over on to a big rock. So I did some research and this place had the lowest rate and the friendliest customer service! My friend said AJ got it replaced in lightning speed of 30 minutes! And after the screen was replaced, it was like a brand new phone! Thank you AJ for being a lifesaver! Definitely recommend this place if you need your mobile phone fixed in a hurry!

My daughter's cell phone needed to be repaired because the LCD screen was damaged. We asked a few places and we ended up coming to Cell Phone Repair By Sycamore. AJ was a great technician. He replaced the screen for us and charged us a reasonable price. We didn't have to wait for a long time, about 15 minutes that was all. Definitely recommend you to give it a try, but call first to see if he's busy or not. The business is not opening on Sunday.

Don't ever go here he Priced me at 129 for and original iPhone14 screen and then when I call he tells me 159 then after that he sends me to his friend who charged me 280 dang they that money hungry fucking rip off

My ancient iPhone 11 Pro touch screen randomly stopped responding to all touch and of course I hadn't backed it up in over 1.5 years. After sitting on it for a week troubleshooting I called and they were able to get me in immediately and fixed my phone in about an hour. I got a new screen and new battery since mine was 4 years old. The price was very reasonable.

Compared to the long wait times and higher prices you pay elsewhere (ie Apple Store) do yourself a favor and give these guys a call.

I also had a recent separate issue with the phone and gave them a call and was immediately accommodated for a drop in visit where the issue was resolved in under 20 minutes at no cost. Fantastic service!!

Needed a new iPhone after my 11 Pro Max was starting to get old. I called before to confirm they had the right model and AJ was really cool and knowledgeable about everything, I even traded my old phone to pay some of the difference.

The shop was clean and service was amazing. I left with a 14 Pro Max, he helped me with the data transfer which was awesome! Definitely come here if you're switching phones, less hassle than the Apple Store.

I brought my iphone 11 to get the phone screen fixed a while back probably 3 times already because the first time, i left with the phone glitchy. it would swipe itself and glitch. Even now, it's just sitting in a box. I've moved onto a new phone now but it's sad knowing i paid for a service that didn't really pay out?

Aj did offer to repair it again and again but how many times do I have to come?? He already messed up my phone.

Personally, I would not recommend.

Great service, took 20 minutes to swap out my broken iPhone 14 pro lenses. The price was a bit steep but still much lower than Apple.
