All I can say is WOW. I'm glad there are people like 5 Point Auto Detailing around so I don't have to spend my entire weekend cleaning every crevice of my car with a Q-Tip. Adam Cote has taken auto detailing to a whole new level. Way to go Adam! You deserve an honorary doctorate in auto detailing from Harvard!

I did a search on who would be best, trusted, and have fair pricing. I found CPE and immediately could realize their professionalism, attention to detail, flexibility, price, and warranty were all things that helped them stand out from the rest.

I did the ION Ceramic Coating and PPF on bumper/headlights on my Quicksilver 2024 Tesla Model Y. I am so glad I did it, and grateful for their help before, during, and after the service. They are not the "cheapest" but very comparable and make the most financial sense based on their warranty and follow up on your pristine ride.

This is my second time using Ceramic Pro Elite for my car. I had a fine experience the first time, so I was not hesitant to bring it back to get my Tesla tinted. My second experience has been very frustrating to say the least.

They completely soaked my speaker while doing the tint. They used so much water that it soaked through to my trunk. I had to bring my car back to their shop, which is 30 minutes away from my home, in order for them to dry the water from my speaker. The customer service was horrible. No apology for the inconvenience this caused me for the error that their technicians made. Then, one week later, the tint bubbled. Once again, I had to bring it back with no regard for the inconvenience for the time I am taking away from work to get it fixed. 10 minutes after I dropped my car off to get it fixed, I was told that the bubble was now gone and it would not come back. 1 week later, the bubble came back, and i noticed they also scratched up the tint and my window.

Save yourself the hassle and use a different shop for your tint and PPF.

Had my WRX done before with ppf and tint. Now I have a new Integra type S and they did amazing work on it as well. Appointment was quick and easy to make. Service was prompt. Will always come back to them if I need a car done.

Highly recommend these guys! The manager Steven was fantastic to work with on the front end and the job was very well done. Arturo takes great care of you from an administrative standpoint. Tremendous attention to detail for the work itself. I chose Ultimate Armor package which included ppf for the front end, ceramic for the body & trim, wheels, windshield and interior. Pricing was very fair. The work was completed on time and again they were very good to work with throughout the process. Thanks guys!

I spoke with Arturo on the phone regarding my car it had industrial fallout , I brought my car in and they did an amazing job they really did go above and beyond my expectations, i am more than happy with the results. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Couldn't get them to even give me a quote. Put a request in via Yelp and the response was "call us." When I called them I could only get the answering machine. I left a message but they didn't respond.

I will find somebody else who wants my business.

Took my car in to get PPF done, and Dave the manager was very helpful, professional and attentive.
They did a very clean job, you can't even tell there's anything on the car. The best part was they even cleaned my car when they gave it back to me. I was so surprised, my car came back cleaner than when I got it from the dealership. I highly recommend this place.

Made a telephone appointment on 6/29 with Arman to tint driver and passenger windows. Next available appt was 7/3 at 0900. Arrived at shop on 7/3 at 0900, door opened by un-named gentleman who immediately says "how can I help you, we're closed today." I expressed that I had an appt that was made through Arman over the phone on 6/29 and gave my last name. Gentleman acknowledged that Arman in the director and that he's out of town. Furthermore, the representative stated that my last name was not coming up in the system.

No apology or help with scheduling another appt. Told the representative that this was not a good look for the company and walked out.

This review is solely based on the fact that I couldn't get them to answer my calls, or even call me back. I suspect it's because I own and run a local window tinting company (a service they offer) and they knew this because of their caller ID, however I was calling about paint correction and ppf. I wish they would've given me a call back because I've heard nothing but good things about their services.
