Cesar’s tires

I've been going to Hillside Tires since I learned to drive more than 20 years ago. My dad used to go to them to fix slow leaks or nails in tires and recommended them to me. Leonel is always super friendly and helpful, and gives me a great deal. I really appreciate that they never take advantage of my lack of knowledge about tires. He even tries to save me money when he can. I recommend them to all my friends when they need quick, reliable and affordable tire care.

I'll start off by saying that I'm not even local. My family and I drove up to San Francisco from LA for a graduation. So having my truck break down in a city that I know no one and had to rely on yelp for a mechanic is probably one of the worst experiences. So I went on Yelp and hope for the best. Arnold responded to my request for a job and he made it so easy for me to get my truck in the next day and get it fixed. No run around no delays... All business and very professional.
On top of that, this place is Veteran friendly and did not hike up the price like other shops do when they see people are desperate and in a time crunch to get their vehicles fixed.
I'm giving a star rating because I'm not able to give it a ten star rating.

They have the most professional team. I ran over a huge screw and was worried I would definitely have to get a new tire.

Cesar's Tires saved me so much money and repaired it. They offer professional service and are honest. Not like other tire places I went to in the past (not naming the ones in the PENINSULA) they try and sell you a tire and not fix it.

I've been getting my tires here before they switched owners and they have not skipped a beat. My engine recently went kaput and they were able to get me taken care of, and my van is running like a charm. They know what they're doing and definitely would not think of going elsewhere. So if you need new or used tires, or have problems with your vehicle, go check them out.

I went in for a brake service and was told they would check my engine because I was having slow start issue. I dropped my car off at 12:30 PM and at 5pm, I never got a call back.
By 5:30 I came back and my car was parked in the front. Apparently it's been serviced already. No one knew what was going on. Never got diagnosed, which was one of the reasoned I came to this location. Never going back. Service doesn't exist here.

Inexpensive but not great service or quality. Went for their brake special. Was told 40 minutes. Took took three hours with me waiting there. They didn't bleed the brakes so the brake pedal hit the floor about 20 miles after I picked it up. Went back, told me 20 minutes. 2 hours later I got an okay brake job back.

They handle customers in a very random way I noticed, not in order. And the quality is obvoiusly lacking. I would recommend to them that they handle the customers in the shop WELL, instead of trying to gobble up every customer that walks through the door. They'd get better reviews and have just as much business because people would return, which I will not.

By the way I requested an alignment as well but they never did it. And I didn't press the issue since it took three hours for a 40 minute job. Wasn't going to wait another three hours!

Came by today cause I had a nail in my tire. They were fast and able to patch it up. Which was a relief because I get a fair share of nails in my tires and every other time I've needed a new one. Only $35 out the door.

DO NOT COME HERE. Took my brand new car here to get a patch done because I had a nail in my tire. They scratched my rims in the process so I told the employee that works there. He said come back the next day so I did. That employee wasn't there, but the owner was. I told him what happened and that the employee the day before told me to come back and they would get it taken care of. The owner started denying that they did the damage and acting like he was going to do me a favor by "touching it up with touch up paint" but I'd have to come back in a week. This does not fix the problem and he is trying to put a band aid on his shop's mistake to shut me up instead of doing the right thing and paying to get it fixed professionally. Please if you are a woman do not come here. They will gaslight you and act like you know nothing.

Speed! They are super fast and efficient. 30 min from the call to replacement one tire. NO stupid and slicky questions on the phone like "do you have you own tire, year of vehicle and etc.! Just "we available, come now"!

OTHER companies in the area far away behind with their poor service! Others in the area don't want to even schedule service with you if you have your own tire.

Ceaser's Tires is gonna be the choise for all my company vans and personal cars. This is 20+ cars. ))

Yikes, want to go somewhere they are going to make you feel uncomfortable and talk down to you? Come here... I had the worst interaction this past week with the older man that I'm assuming is Cesar. He has zero idea how to take accountability and act professionally. I have to buy a complete new tire now. He gives absolute dishonest vibes. There is no corporate or any authority here so you are at their mercy. Not going to lie I couldn't wait to get my car out of there so he wouldn't do anything further to it.
