Channel Mission Bay

Let me just say... wow!! This place is nice! The apartments and amenities are definitely top tier. I recently went to tour some apartments and was helped by a manager (I think his name was Daniel). He was friendly and knowledgeable about the space. I want to thank him for taking the extra time he spent with me to answer my long list of questions.

Channel Mission Bay is a top contender in my apartment search!

I recently visited Channel Mission Bay for an event, and I was so impressed with my experience, I felt I had to write a 5* review!

My friends hosted an event in the shared space, which is gorgeous! There is ample space for guests and the BBQs were wonderful to use. Tons of seating, and of course the large pool and hot tub right there felt like a perfect summer getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Even the little water features in the area are a lovely aesthetic touch for the space.

I had a chance to see some of the other amenities in the building and I was thoroughly impressed. The gym and the outdoor fitness area are quite comprehensive. Everything looked clean and well-maintained. My only regret is that I am moving away from the Bay Area soon otherwise I would love to consider this building my home. When I return, I will be strongly, strongly considering a unit here.

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to the manager, Daniel. He was totally gracious and made our visit extremely pleasant. I asked him a number of questions about the building as I know other friends in search of new spots in the city, and Daniel was thorough, enthusiastic, and very professional. Kudos to the great team here!

Came here with the wife for an outing and this place was amazing. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping pong table, gym and a prime destination to walk around and explore sf.

The property manager, Daniel, was easy to work with; communication was solid and was able to help secure reserved parking spaces and was responsive when I had questions.

The grill, gas stove, kitchen was fancy. Def a great spot to host events, will consider coming here for events.

Living at Channel Mission Bay has been an incredible experience, and much of that is thanks to Daniel, the property manager, who truly makes this place feel like home. One of the highlights was hosting our baby shower at the entertainment lounge, which is just one of the many fantastic amenities here. The space was perfect--stylish, spacious, and well-equipped for our event. The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes that add a touch of luxury to everyday life. The amenities, including the gym and pool, are top-notch and always well-maintained. Plus, the location in Mission Bay is ideal, with easy access to everything we need. If you're looking for a community with excellent management and outstanding amenities, Channel Mission Bay is the place to be!

I just toured this luxury apartment building in Mission Bay with Daniel, the manager, and it was amazing! Daniel was super friendly and knew everything about the place.

The pool area blew me away. It's like a hidden paradise in the middle of the city, surrounded by greenery and with a cozy hot tub nearby. The gym is top-notch too, and the common areas are beautifully designed for hanging out or finding a quiet spot. There's even a dog-washing area. The facilities are well maintained.

Daniel's enthusiasm for the building and the neighborhood really shone through. He made me feel at home right away, and I'm excited to move forward with renting a 1-bedroom apartment here. It's surprisingly serene and feels like a secluded retreat despite being so central.

Overall, this place ticks all the boxes for luxury living in Mission Bay. If you're looking for a new place in SF, definitely check it out!

10/10 amazing! I was looking for a place to host a going away party and found this place on peerspace. Daniel was the one who was helping me when I rented out the lounge. He was so attentive and kind and made sure that we had everything we needed for the event! Because of him the party went by without an hiccups. Definitely look into this place for your next event if you need a place. The lounge is so pretty and spacious. The apartment complex itself feels so luxurious, and the staff was so nice!

I was referred by my friend about this apartment and decided to tour it. The atmosphere here felt very lively and young. I want to thank one of the staff members, Daniel, who took the time to give us a tour. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the area. Even though I may not move here, Daniel advised me that I can rent out the lounges here, so I really appreciate all his help and honesty.

August 21, 2024 - Joe with maintenance answered my service request quickly. He was friendly and assured me my washer/dryer would be replaced in a timely manner. If everything goes well, I'll leave a follow-up review, but so far, so good. - DA

I have lived in several places in Mission Bay over the last 5+ years.

I moved to Channel from MB360, expecting a better experience for the premium price. Unfortunately this has not been the case.

If you think you're going to get world-class amenities and quality service, prepare to be disappointed and upset. The hot tub is frequently broken, the gym is torn up on the top floor, and good luck getting help if things go wrong with your apartment.

We've had flooding in our apartment twice. A neighbor two apartments down from me literally had a sewage waterfall feature running in her apartment. Flooding and water damage is common in the building

Building management tries their best but is completely overwhelmed. The building seems to be falling apart as a good number of the rooms on my floor seem to have had some sort of flooding or water damage. I've had my floors ripped up twice since I've lived here. Our floors are currently torn up, and we have no idea when to expect them to be fixed. We experience random water flooding in our apartment on a daily basis.

We refuse to let maintenance workers in, unless the building gives us a clear description of the construction work that is planned, timeline, and provides us alternative accommodations and a hotel. Last time we had flooding, we just got jerked around by management, and literally lived in a construction site for 2 weeks while the workers came and went as they pleased.
