Scheduled for Charles to come and fix a couple of clogged drains in the bathroom sink and tub in addition to replacing a ball valve for the irrigation pipe in the backyard. In addition to fixing what we had discovered was giving us challenges, Charles also diagnosed an issue with the tub so that there's an efficient flow of water either to the shower head or into the bathtub.

Charles and Matt are always extremely professional and on-time. They can quickly diagnose issues, fix the problems and make sure you are completely satisfied.

For the first 20-plus years I owned my home, I never called the same plumber twice. That changed after my Dad recommended Charleys Plumbing, who had done extensive work in their older (built in the 40's) home. 

The first time I worked with Charles Saulus, I noted that his estimate was competitive with the other two bids I got (right in the middle). More important to me, his estimate was more detailed.

Charles has solved a number of general plumbing problems for me, and like my folks I won't think of calling any other plumber now. He responds promptly, takes the time to explain the problem and solution, does the job right not rushed, and leaves the work area spotless.

Made a handful of costly mistakes on a project of mine. Shower valves lined up poorly, flange installed incorrectly, and sink supply lines very sloppy. Couldn't even install a garbage disposal without a leak. When showed mistakes complained that everything was normal and fine when it was clearly wrong. Rushes, makes mistakes, and not much attention detail.

Charley is a true professional. Not only is he always prompt and extremely responsive by phone, he is honest. Charley did a lot of work on my grandfather's house that has plumbing dating back to the 1960's. He was fair with his pricing and extremely knowledgeable about all the work he had to do. He sent an invoice via email with a full breakdown of the costs, so we were fully in the loop with the work he was doing.

Charley always entered my grandparents' home with boot covers, which shows just how professional and detail-oriented he is. He never left a mess and always communicated what he was doing and explained it in a way that we could all understand. I truly think that this is sets him apart from anyone else in the trade.

After my grandfather's passing, we had an issue with a shower knob, breaking off- we called Charley and he was in the house diagnosing the problem within 30 minutes. He placed a temporary knob and had to order a part, with the promise that he would contact us when the part came in, and he did just that. Charley did not even charge us for the universal knob and any of the work that he did as a courtesy to us after losing my grandfather- if that doesn't show what top-notch customer service this man provides, I don't know what will. We will be Charley's customers for life, and recommend him to anyone needing plumbling help.

We had a water leak in the main pipe of and Charley was amazing. He stands behind his work and is super helpful and nice. From start to finish, he was with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and expertise.

We previously had another company come in and they made a mess of the situation. I then called Charley to get a quote and he stopped by to look at the leak because he was in the area and made solid recommendations on how to repair the leak. Once he started the work, it became evident that their knowledge and experience were top-notch. They quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue, explaining the problem to me in simple terms and outlining the best course of action. Their transparent and honest approach was truly appreciated.

His friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile was awesome. He called and texted me two days later to check if he had turned on the heater and if we had hot water. No hidden fees. If you're looking for a plumbing company you can trust, look no further - Charley is the one!

We had previously renovated our home with a terrible contractor. There were so many issues, but the main one that we asked Charles to come out was to repair one of our 2nd floor toilets was never connected to the sewage drain, and another line had just begun leaking too.

Charles was through, explained the process to us, and even checked other parts of the house to tell us what needed to be corrected now and what could wait for another day because of funding and we were expecting our baby soon.

Needed some basic plumbing repairs (toilet running, faucet dripping, garbGe disposal frozen).
Charles was responsive, proficient, and fair.
He did the repair on the faucet, but he wasn't completely satisfied so he ordered a part (it's an older model faucet) that came in after the work was completed. As soon as the part came in, he called to see if he could come install it. Above and Beyond service!
