I had a mice issue and Stan responded to my problem promptly. Sammy came the next day and quickly checked out where the problem areas were. He moved appliances, checked all cabinets and closets. He found the holes that were open and quickly closed them. They were the 3rd exterminator that I called. The first 2 did not do the job. The first one kept telling me to follow the process. What was the process? The 2nd exterminator did part of the job but was not through. Chelsea Pest Control was the best. They went looking and found the problem areas. They were all closed and since then I have not had any issues. Sammy was polite, very professional, and courteous. He was very patient with me as I was freaking out and he took his time answering all of my questions and making me feel safe and secure. I can now stay in my home again. Up until then I had to stay in motels and spent money on 3 exterminators with money I did not have but was forced to spend to be comfortable in my home. If I ever have a problem again I will not hesitate to call Chelsea Pest Control. I highly recommend them.

Great company. Prompt and efficient. Shadee was awesome. Friendly and professional. Took care of ants, bees, and pigeons. The pigeons required a lot (scaring them out, placing a net to keep them from coming back, shoveling out a 45 gallon trash bag of pigeon excrement...)

Definitely choose this company and ask for Shadee. He is the sheriff of the Pigeon Police.

I was very thankful that after posting my project that Stan and Chelsea Pest Control reached out. Stan was responsive via messages and was prepared to assist me at my residence with a sudden yellow jacket issue.

Taras, the technician, arrived the day after I reached out, on time, and promptly evaluated and estimated the issue, explained it to me clearly, and once the estimate was approved was working within the hour.

We had a yellow jacket issue near the front bay window near our front door and definitely appreciated Taras coming out quickly to treat (both liquid and powder, both pet-friendly, we have dogs) and then seal any cracks or openings.

Sadly, after 3 days, the problem was not resolved and actually escalated as the yellow jackets began coming in the house. There were an INSANE amount. After messaging Stan over the weekend, we agreed to wait until Monday, at which time I called promptly at 8AM, spoke to Mia (who was very kind and understanding), and I luckily was able to have Taras come back again that same day to retreat in and out of the house. I was booked for first thing Tuesday, but Stan kindly called, heard me out (we have a family member who is allergic) and he was able to accommodate me immediately. I'm so thankful.

Happy to report that it's the day after and so far so good. Far fewer (but still some) have come into the house since yesterday, but they're already dying.

Were the first to respond on a Saturday when I turned my gf's disastrous fly sitch into a Yelp project. Their name made it sound like they were based in Chelsea, Manhattan, but they're not, which is cool. Sammy came that day and was sensitive to our pets, and even if he wasn't Stan, the owner, who probably would've been more through the first go-around, he spotted the source of our nasty problem pretty immediately and was very sensitive about our pets.

When the fly issue reemerged in the living room, which Sammy avoided spraying because it was our kitchen that was the main problem and we thought it'd be good for the pets, I texted Stan here a few nights later. Sammy returned the next day with someone else, sprayed the room and resprayed all the others he had done only a few days before.

Friendly, caring men. I wish my building was serviced by them.

This past summer we dealt with an unimaginable amount of wasps coming into our house. Once we couldn't take it anymore we called Chelsea Pest control and they were able to get us the best quote among their competitors.
When they came, the guys found that there was a nest taking up a big space in part of the roof and started treating the area for wasps. After the first treatment we didn't see anymore wasps but they came again anyway to take a look again to make sure things looked alright and give us more peace of mind.
The guys in Staten Island went above and beyond! They were not only prompt and professional but were also kind, and reassuring.
We had peace of mind with their warranty and their overall work.

Sammy showed up within a day of my call and did a thorough job of clearing out a nasty nest of yellow jackets in my back yard (during a pouring rain storm,) Their price was competitive.

I messaged the company at 5:50 this morning and I heard back from them eight minutes later. Stan was able to come out to my apartment 2 hours after I spoke to him. He was very thorough and identified the problem areas immediately.
It was very clear that he was a professional (unlike the last two people my building management has sent). I feel very confident in the work he did and I'm sure I'll be back on the app to update if things don't go according to plan.
He also gave me some tips for prevention in the future (how to actually set mouse traps LOL) and not to store paper bags under the sink.
$350 flat rate, plus tax (and tip folks!). I was happy with the price and extremely overjoyed with the speediness with which Stan responded and was able to come to my apartment.

Not done the work yet as waiting on the co op board! But they responded very quickly with costs. Thank you.
