This is my first visit to Auto Pride. I went for "Full Service Car Wash" which includes exterior cleaning along with interior vacuuming. I was satisfied with the overall quality of car wash and cleaning.

For the exterior, I found that t he cleaning was okay after the wash. There were some soap marks on mirror which they missed. I had to point it to them to clean that.

They cleaned the dashboard and seats with cloth and vacuum and didn't miss any interior.

This review is for the Auto Pride Car Wash that is located (attached to) the Chevron. This is a hand wash car wash that has a pretty extensive menu of options from a basic exterior wash to pretty comprehensive detailing packages.

I came here on a random Tuesday morning and the line was realllllly long. It took 30 minutes to get to the cashier before the wash even started happening, so if you were looking for a speedy experience it definitely wasn't it.

The cashier tried to do a bit of upselling, but wasn't too pushy. My car had been bombarded by some serious bird dookie, so I understood why he was saying I should get a more thorough wash. He also did caveat that the more stuck-on stains wouldn't come off with a regular wash. I was still just happy with a $20 basic exterior wash just for the time being.

Major props to the ppl working here though - it is hard work and super labor intensive...I mean, it's a hand wash. I would give them 5 stars, especially the nice lady who dried my car - she was such good vibes and smiles.

DO NOT COME HERE if you want your car washed. Folks in the "white shirts" said the Basic wash is not to get your car clean and need to pay for a wax as well. Car had bird droppings before the wash and after the wash. Droppings come off with a wet napkin, but this car wash was not willing to remove it. They wet the car, hand wash in 20 secs, and say it is the complete wash. Spend your $34 elsewhere, as this place is a waste of money!

After purchasing their platinum wash + a $100 wax they told me they couldn't wax my car and that I needed to pay $250 more to get waxed. Very unprofessional and they only care about up charging you... they also did a terrible job with the wash.

Money hungry!

I came here for a car wash this morning and they did not clean off the bird droppings. I asked them to remove them by wiping off the areas with their solution and they argued with me that I need to pay for a wax!

I asked to speak to a manager and the manager said the same thing!

I've gotten my car washed here many times and never had an issue with this except for today.

I will never come back.

I've been coming here for years even though I don't live close by anymore. I usually buy the platinum wash $48.99. The cleaning was fine. I have a dog and they do an outstanding job despite the tools they were given.

However today, i'm dissapointed. My cup holder hinge part was damaged. The team insisted it was like that already. It was sloppy too since the cup holder was sprayed with cleaning liquid but wasn't wiped out properly. There was a gunk with hairs and lint but was corrected once I pointed it out.

I'm sad to say, I won't drive all the way to Burlingame anymore to get my car washed. It wouldve been fine if they were more accountable for their actions... but now, if damage occurs again, I just dont feel confident that they'll be honest about it.

I have been coming to this car wash for years and they were always so good. I don't know what's been happening lately, but the service has gone down hill while the prices keep going up. I paid $58 for the platinum special and it was a total rip off. First of it's no different than the gold special, but also my car was still dirty. The seats weren't cleaned at all. The center consoles were full of dirt, the floors weren't fully vacuumed, and they broke my dog net I had in the back. I'm definitely requesting a refund and denying charges on my card because this is unacceptable. Never again will I go there

This place was better with the other manager. Not the lady in the front is rude. The car doesn't get washed like it did a few months ago. It just seem ls like the business has gone down hill

I phoned to cancel and request a refund following my car accident. They charged me a day after the incident and denied my refund request. Despite being a long-time customer, they showed no courtesy. Their service quality has declined, as they leave dirt on the car and no longer fully clean the interior

Luis and the team there do a pretty nice job. In and out pretty quickly (after you make it through the line.) The monthly pass is pretty worth it. Unlimited washes per month.

The one comment I've seen a few other people post which I think is valid is that they don't get all the break dust off the rim but if you've ever done it successfully yourself then you know that you'll need the special spray to loosen all of that off the rim, and you'll have to spend a considerable amount of effort to make sure you didn't miss a spot. They're not doing it in that detail - but if you do that yourself every once in a while and bring it in for a wash, it'll stay well maintained.

We had them do the clay bar on our Tesla and they got all the rough spots off the paint that had been forming for a long time. Looked and felt nice and smooth again.

I think it's worth coming here. Especially if you get a monthly pass. Bring it in twice a week! Or whatever.

We got kids, they make a mess. Mess gone, fixed price. What's not to love. Especially useful if you value your time. Sure, we can do it better at home, but not as fast and certainly not without effort. And if you're really that unhappy with a missed spot, just point it out. They're all hella nice.
