I don't know if it's a racket they're running but when I stopped by they claimed only the most expensive gas option -- 91 -- was working on all the machines. Seems a little sus to me.

I when to get and oil change and my 8 year old son wanted to use the bathroom my husband and him walk to the store to get the keys and the lady who later claim she was the manager was super rude to them I when back and return the key and let her know that there is ways to let people know that they can use the restroom but she can't rise her voice and be rude and specially when there is lids around, she stated that my husband was drunk and that was the reason she talk to him like that I ask for a supervisor and she laughed and said I'm the supervisor and you can do anything I let her know that making those accusations was not ok and and she need to be more respectful, she use profanity and was rude I spoke to the manager from the mechanic department and he share the same concerns he also share that she is always like that and there is no consequences
Bad experience only at the cashiers they have really bad attitude and bad costumer services I wish I can talk to a manager way higher then anyone there

0 stars if possible, you're not allowed to use the bathroom without buying a CAR WASH. A car wash of all things. It would make sense if they asked you to buy gas first or maybe even something from the convenience store, but a car wash? Management deserves to go out of business for that choice. I guess they prefer and encourage that people defécate and relieve themselves in front of their business- it is SF after all.

Avoid this place! Maynor (he wouldn't Tell me his name, but pulled a name tag out and showed that to me) the 'manager' came out after I came to make a purchase and told me I couldn't use my credit card for a purchase I make very week (I get my gas and other items here). No longer. I was told I couldn't use my credit card because he didn't know me.
There is a very nice African man who works here when I normally come, but he was not here. Never again! So disappointed. Do not shop here!

I use to always bring my cars to get a hand wash by this car station, but I noticed some of my items have been stolen from here i do not recommend it, it's too late to complain since i just noticed days later.

Busy place with several separate but related businesses on the lot. Of course the main attraction is the actual gas station itself. It is a decent place with a staff of good people. There are no attitudes or unhappy people here that I've ever noticed.
Related to/connected to the gas-station is the car-wash business. The carwash is a smoothly-run operation,staffed by a young and energetic crew. The basic carwash is a reasonably good deal,but the optional add-ons and extras can add up quickly,so watch yourself.
There are 5 garage-bays dedicated to a car-mechanic business,there are several lifts,etc. and it is always busy.
There is one,larger,garage bay-door at the end of the lot nearest 16th Street. This houses a car-detail/light bodywork shop.
So here we have a nifty gas-station/carwash/mechanic shop/car detail shop all on one lot,
a pretty busy place with honest people,reasonable prices,and decent service.
Nowadays that is almost a miracle!
