These people are nice! Went there for SMOG check. The owner and staff are so friendly, I could not not write a review. Thank you!

Chevron isn't the place to go for an oil change. Firstly, the cashier guy is hardly ever at the front; he's consistently in the bathroom or somewhere in the back. When he does appear, he's very rude and always short on change. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service makes it an undesirable option. Overall, not recommended for a satisfactory oil change experience.

If you're looking for a STAR certified smog check location you can just walk into, try Precise Chevron. I dropped off on a Saturday around noon was it took about 30 minutes. Unfortunately my car didn't pass smog but the experience was pretty good. They were friendly and informative. You can walk around Taraval as you wait for your vehicle to be serviced.

Stopped in for a fill up 4/16/23. Car had approx. 2 gallons in it. Tank holds 16.6 gallons (2019 Subaru Forester). Fill was unbelievably slow. I lost track of time and finally quit filling when it said I had put 17 gallons in. The math doesn't work.

I called and told them the story. They didn't seemed surprised and could care less if I reported them to the city.

This place is a rip off. Do not patronize it. Should have given it zero stars.

I went to this Star certified station for a smog check this morning. The employees were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Been coming here since 1988 to buy gas. Today stopped by to put air in my tire & the four eyed millennial working the cashier booth refused until I bought gas first, which I told him I'm about to do as the pumps were taken. He said "NOPE" you got to buy gas before you get free air, which means it's not actually free. Very rude tone & poor customer service. Won't be returning ever again. There are plenty of gas stations nearby that cost much less. But I was loyal to this place regrettably. The customer is always right except at Chevron 19th avenue. You just lost a 34-year loyal customer.

It's true that this Chevron has one rude guy behind the counter but the mechanic Guy is really nice and competent also. He has been at this station for 48 years and is a great guy. Ignore the counter help and deal with Guy.

I usually don't write a review about a gas station. What can goes wrong with a gas station. Well, it can be very wrong. The guy at the gas stations refused to provide air and water to their customers, which is against California law.

At first the cashier said I need to pay a quarter. So I get some gas and ask him again. Then he said the machine is broken. So how the hell he said from "I've to pay a quarter" to "the machine is broken" which to me he doesn't want to give me air and water at the beginning regardless.

This place has a bad reputation all along. Even my car will broke down, I'll never set foot into this gas station ever again.

Smog Check at Precise Chevron. Wow, I am so impressed. I stopped by Precise after leaving another station due to the wait and congestion. Here, they greeted me immediately, put me in touch with the mechanic ( who stopped what he was doing to help me ), they had my car in the bay within minutes, they offered me a place to sit, and in about 15-20 minutes my car was smog-checked and certified and waiting for me in front. To top it off, the total price was ten dollars less than the place I just left. They were all so nice and polite - the mechanic even held my car door for me on two different occasions ( and I'm not a pretty young thing these days ). He was so kind. This review is for the auto repair center within this gas station. My emission indicator light came on and I couldn't go past 20 mph. Called 5 different auto shops who couldn't even see me for days if not weeks. Called this auto shop and they told they could take me immediately! They provided a diagnosis (bad spark plug and coil) and was able to get me all fixed up in a few hours....and all done with a reasonable price. Total lifesavers!!
