Chic Limousine

We booked Chic Limousine for a concert from San Jose to Oakland.
I am so happy I decided to add this to our experience, It was the talk of the week ! We had such a blast! We controlled the music , the volume etc
The driver let us have fun (safety) and never disturbed our (loud) party happening in the back. Till this day we speak about this experience! Communication & booking was so easy from the day we first spooked till the end of our ride. The bus was clean, spacious, everything worked great & in good condition! Definitely recommending to others & booking for my next event !

Absolutely loved the service! If you're thinking of getting a party bus, book with Chic Limo , as soon as possible! Communication was clear, kind, and quick! Bus was perfect condition, driver accommodated us the entire time and was very safe. Pricing was better than many others in the Bay Area. We can't wait to do it again!

Everything was top notch all around. Sukhi was amazing to deal with. Extremely easygoing and always wanting to ensure we had the best time possible on our bus. Communication was spot on, never a delay in responding to any and all questions we had. Our driver Joseph, again, an extremely outgoing and pleasant individual all around. Never once made us uncomfortable at any point throughout the night. So much so I don't believe we ever closed the privacy glass window.
Pricing was reasonable which is important.

Weird, I inquire and she gives me detailed information, then sends pictures of what they have then figures out they don't have any available and are fully book. Within seconds.

The entire experience with Chic Limo was wonderful. From the start when I needed a quote to answering all my questions, Sukhi responded very fast. The process of booking with them was easy and went smoothly too.

On the day of, the driver was on time. I forget his name (sorry) but he was very friendly and polite. The bus itself was so fun. Driver provided water and ice, and we could bring any other drinks and food onto the bus. Everything checked off for a party bus. The drive was smooth and it got us to our destination in 20 minutes. On the way back, again he was punctual, and smooth ride back as well.

We agreed to pay a deposit on a card when we booked it and pay the rest in cash on the day of. One thing to note if you want to do the same is that you might need to bring extra cash. We booked for 6 hours but we went over so we had to pay more. Luckily someone in our party brought extra cash so we were ok that night. Also, after some drinks, it was risky to handle cash. Just FYI.

We had a good time so we'll definitely book with Chic Limo again!

I rented a 30 person party bus from San Jose to a Concert in SF. I booked a slot from 730pm - 130am

Pros
-Bus arrived exactly at 730
-Krish got us to the location very quickly
-Bus was nice and clean
-Bus came with ice, cups and trash cans with bags
-Communication was very easy (text and email) with both Sukhi and Krish.
-Bus was parked pretty close to the entrance and waited for the event to end.


Cons
-Wished that Krish asked me to take a detailed look over the inside of the bus before we had everyone hop in, because right before departure he had me step off and sign a waver indicating that if theirs any damage that I will be charged for it. I signed it because he told me the bus was immaculate and i trusted him, this wasnt the case the bus had 2 broken/damaged blinds. After we arrived at our destination Krish acknowledged the damage. But this had me a bit worried.
-Half way during our ride Krish pulled down the privacy screen and was recording us which made a few people uncomfortable.
-Paid for 730-130 but concert ended early and Krish got us back to the location at 1240 almost an hour left over wish he offered us a refund or to drive us around some more.

My take away is to book an earlier return and pay for extra time if needed. All in all it wasnt super seamless-stress free booking like I previously had experienced but I would still recommend Chic.

We recently used Chic Limo for a day trip from San Francisco to the Sonoma area and back. We had a large group size of 20 people and visited 2 wineries. Sukhi was very easy to work with during the planning process. Our driver Joseph was GREAT -- very friendly and accommodating to our schedule throughout the day.

The bus itself was really nice. I had a hard time finding a bus this large that had been outfitted to into more of a party bus style (vs seated charter bus) so I was happy to find that Chic Limo had one. They also stocked the cooler area with ice and cups for us.

We had a really great experience and I would use Chic Limo again.

We rented their 25 person bus for Portola festival. They were prompt, friendly and accommodating. The bus itself was super comfortable and fun. Overall I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!
