Great customer service! Very professional, prompt and honest. I had a deep scratch on my car so Eddie was not able to fix it. Instead of taking my money and attempting to fix it resulting in a lousy job, he recommended taking it to a body shop was more appropriate for the work my car needed. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would definitely use his service for other car detailing work.

Great service! Was looking to squeeze in a detail and used Yelp to reach out to multiple businesses. CMDE was fast to respond and answer all my questions. We were able to set up a time that worked best for my schedule.
Day of appointment unfortunately I was running behind from another appointment. CMDE was very responsive when I messaged them to keep them updated. They did not hesitate to accommodated my new time and were able to move around other appointments and keep me in the schedule.
I try to get my car detailed once a year but I missed last year so definitely needed to get my car clean. The end result was fantastic! All the salt and stains from winter were removed, any dirt or stains from my dog in the back seat look like they were never there. My brother who details his own car was impressed which how great my car looked. Definitely will be calling them again!

"Experts" is right! Eddie responded within the hour and by the end of the day we had the appointment on the calendar. I went with the Platinum Interior for 3 row SUV. A bargain compared to the local competition. The team showed up on time and after a quick walkthrough went right to work. This is just simply a phenomenal service. I caught wind of Chicago Mobile Detailing when they were detailing our neighbor's car and it was seriously like a God send. I have an extremely busy schedule so trying to book an appointment and take my car somewhere has proven to be impossible.

Like other reviews said, they are very responsive and reliable. I originally booked an appointment for the 4th of Nov since I was out of town, but my husband contracted covid so I had to change the appointment. They responded via email almost immediately and we were able to determine a new date right away.

They arrived promptly on time and while I had electrical outlets and water access, they had their own to use. They even pulled the car out of the garage to wash to avoid water in the garage.

I was stunned at how amazing my car looked. It literally looked like I pulled it out of the dealership with how immaculate the cleaning was.

All I can say is that I am hooked and this is the only way I'm going to get my car cleaned!

I had Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts out to clean the interior of my 2010 Corolla. I've had it for many years and never cleaned it and it was in rough shape with lots of dust, grime, and cat hair. I booked the Gold package and they were out right away and got to work. In about two hours they had cleaned everything from food stains to the little pieces of gunk around the parking brake. I was very impressed with their work and would hire them again!

I dropped mango juice all over my front seat and in between the seats, and I was able to book an appointment with them in less than 24hrs! They were professional, and they came to my location! The service was reasonably priced and my car looks and smells brand new! Will definitely book again with them, such a convenient service! Highly recommend this business!!!

They did an absolutely amazing job on my husband's car. It was disgusting! Everything was simple from booking to the service. And a great value! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you need detailing, use them!
