Chill-Hub

I contacted Chill-Hub to get an estimate to replace my HVAC system. After the initial visit, I received 4 estimates based on different models available. They all seemed reasonable and within my budget.
Andy was my technician during the initial visit and during the installation. He is very pleasant and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain what was being done and how the new equipment will work. He also mentioned a follow up visit will take place in the Spring.
It took a little over one day to complete all the work as one part of the unit is on the roof and the second part is in the attic.

I had an issue with the AC unit and contacted Andy. He came immediately with another technician to help us figure out the issue and fix it. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it within an hour. The rates were very reasonable. A certain value for money.

I would highly recommend Andy to all my friends and family.

When I had to have my AC unit replaced I did some research and shopped around. Chill Hub was one of the most reasonably priced option. While the other contractors offered one solution, one brand, one quote, these guys offered multiple solutions and multiple brands with their own quotes. They were professional, punctual and the service was timely. I recommend them.

Our dryer suddenly stopped working. We didn't know if it was a blown fuse, or something else. We had Chill Hub come out, and the two gentlemen who came were amazing. They figured out the problem very quickly, explained what had happened, told us what they'd do to fix it, and what the cost would be. In less than a half hour, our dryer was fixed and put back together - and for exactly the price they quoted. They left everything neat and clean. Aside from doing a fantastic job, they were also the nicest, guys, and so very respectful. Because of this experience, we will definitely call Chill Hub for any other mechanical problem that may arise. I am so unhappy when something isn't working, but I'm so relieved and glad to have someone we can totally count on.

Zainab provided excellent service. He arrived promptly, and was extremely efficient. Our issue was an extremely easy fix which he explained thoroughly. Our freezer our refrigerator and were good as new, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them. 5 out of 5 stars, hands down.
