Chipis Landscaping

Chipis did a great job with installing our aspen's. They're my go to landscaping company because of the quality of work and the much-appreciated communication.

He has a very talented crew and has good prices they installed a new paver drive way with retaining walls. Highly recommend.

Reached out to Chipis to get a quote on some concrete. Sent over all the info they needed after a quick phone call and never got a response, even after a few text messages checking in on the timeline. I can't comment on the quality of the work but getting services set up was a challenge.

Angel and his team have been great every step of the way. He is very responsive, friendly and accommodating.
I had a patio done with pet turf and a fire pit. Very happy with the results!

1). They send out far too many of their giant trucks with only one person in each and then park them poorly in front of five to six neighbors' houses

2). The workers commute to the worksite, parking in front five to six other neighbors houses​

3). They parked their Porta‐Potty directly in front of a neighbors front door until asked to move it

4). They parked a huge truck and trailer in front of a For Sale Open House a good way from their worksite, blocking access to viewers

5). Instead of dumping two loads of Gravel in the driveway of the house they were landscaping, they dumped it way out in the street, causing a traffic hazard

6). They parked one of their largest trucks way too close to the intersection of a busy street, creating a dangerous obstruction for safe driving

7). They showed total disregard for the neighborhood, frequently blocking access, parking, driving, and traffic viewing for seven neighbors and three separate streets

I asked for a quote on my empty pond and 5 or more plants to cover a chain link fence. I gave them my email to send it to. Two men showed up and I pointed out where the pond is and the fence that needed covering. They went down to the pond and came back saying they would send quote. I'm still waiting...

Angel and his folks at Chipis Landscaping did really nice work for us.
They did our entire backyard.
They were on-time, professional, meticulous and easy to work with.
Angel is an experienced, creative professional who does what he says he will do...on-time and at a great price.
He even handled the changes we requested during the job with ease and no stress.
I would recommend him highly for any type of landscaping, hardscaping, paver, or stone work.
In fact, we intend to use him again for more work in a few months.

I needed to get landscaping completed in my front and back yard and contacted multiple landscapers in the area. Someone was quick to respond, but after asking for their and my availability, they never responded back to me. I'm not sure if they were really busy and did not have time for another project to not respond. However, I believe a quick and simple reply would be better than never replying. It's been two weeks and I was just left on "read."

Update:
They reached out to me to see if there's anything else they can do, but I already found another company for my project.

Angel/ Chipi's Landscaping has been absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. In December, I had messaged them on Facebook asking to schedule a visit for a quote. Within minutes, Angel called back and was able to be at my house within a couple of hours, measuring and then later providing an estimate that day. He had taken our vision for our yard and was able to execute it better than we imagined within our price range based off of some simple drawings and conversations of what we needed/ wanted for us and our pets.

Our HOA was being a pain with requests for modifications and Angel was able to push out our start date until we received final approval and when the weather finally settled down. The project took less than 2-weeks to complete and during the days work was being done, we would get video and picture updates of the work being completed. I am so impressed with the constant communication and professionalism, would definitely recommend for your yard needs and you'll be amazed with what this team can bring to life!

As you can see in the pictures, the border for the artificial grass and DG matches the color of the top of the brick wall and I appreciate Angel's detail for something I overlooked which really brought everything together! We'll be adding in rose bushes (not in yet) within the gaps between the trees to bring in more color/ plants. Instead of settling for what was available, Angel communicated with the nursery to find out when the next delivery of rose bushes would occur so that we had the best plants for our yard. I'm excited to get the remainder completed and to work with this team again for our front yard.

I was looking for quotes on yard work so I sent a few messages around, and got a fast response from Chipis. It also seemed that they had a fair quote for what I needed - a fairly large job, and they were to-the-point and polite. We did not end up using their services but their interactions with their [potential] clients are positive.
