CHIPOTLE!!! Justice for fast casuals that deserve reviews too- Located in the end of Westlake Plaza, conveniently in the same one as my gym, it ends up being a staple post-gym meal. A big ol' bowl of goodies after leg day definitely hits the spot. This location is usually on the emptier side so I've never really had to wait in the late afternoon/early evening on weekdays or weekends. The inside has plenty of tables and the utensil/napkin/condiment section is always filled, for those of you who need those extra napkins for the car, this is your place! Portion wise sometimes they do skimp on the ingredients but I'm ordering there so I always just ask for "extra" and it's never an issue. The service is what you'd normally receive at normal fast casual, not too shabby. Don't forget to grab napkins and a fork; I firmly believe that eating chipotle with their black plastic forks hits different! My go-to is as follows:

They definitely skimp out on the meat portions here.
Tried the barbacoa and all I got was just one little scrap of meat & some leftover fluid that didn't manage to slip its way back through the tongs into the tray again.

Meal generosity, food handling, and line cleanliness is a coin toss with this location. It's definitely declined over the years. I've been skimped on my request for double meat a few times - this instance did it for me. Literally one decent ladle of chicken and that now counts for double protein @ +$3.85?
The bag of chips I received had little to nothing in it. I'm literally rummaging for scraps at the bottom of the bag. $2.05 for what amounts to a bag of air with a side of chips.
Outside of today's experience, I have noticed during other recent visits that the line counter can be a mess. I've seen excess cheese, sour cream and a few other ingredients at the end of the line laid out on the counter from previous orders and nothing being done about cleaning it up.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I recently visited Chipotle for dinner and upon arriving, I noticed a significant crowd near the entrance. Initially, I hesitated as I was looking for a quick dinner, but Chipotle's delicious offerings led me to wait it out.
I got in line at around 6:30pm, and the restaurant was bustling with other customers who seemed to have the same idea for dinner. When I reached the counter, the staff member informed us that they were experiencing a high volume of orders and running about 30 minutes behind schedule. Despite the delay, I placed my order.
While waiting for our orders to be ready, I notice the employee responsible for ringing up orders calling out names for orders placed online. Unfortunately, many of these customers were not present to collect their food. We finally completed our transaction and left the restaurant around 7:15 pm, roughly 45 minutes after joining the line.
The food at this Chipotle location never disappoints, but there is an opportunity for improvement in customer engagement. It would be beneficial if the staff could inform customers that they will be attended to shortly and apologize for any delays, keeping them informed about efforts to expedite the service.
I have generally had positive experiences at this Chipotle, and I don't consider this particular visit a bad experience. I understand that busy days can happen, but acknowledging and reassuring customers during such times can go a long way in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
it would also be beneficial if the restaurant could assign someone to regularly clean and clear tables of any leftover trash. While customers should ideally clean up after themselves, there are occasions when some customers may leave a mess behind, making it challenging for the next group of diners to enjoy their meals in a clean environment. BEWARE OF THIS WESTLAKE LOCATION, HAIR FOUND IN BOWL. It looks like it was intertwined in the pico de gallo. Always examine every bite before you eat the food here!!!!
The workers cooking and serving the food DO NOT contain their hair within their hats. For the servers, you can clearly see strands of hairs sticking out and it is concerning!!! You are here to work, this is not a fashion show, so make sure all your hair is contained in the hat. Lady serving my food great. The cashier Edith if that's even her real name. I should have taken a picture. I shall next time. They lie every time not having anymore or running out of the honey vinaigrette sauce. If you go online you can order it at that location. Everyone in the establishment is on board to say they ran out. Cmon it Saturday evening you ran out every time. I told them it shows online you have it. They didn't know what to say. They're all looking at keep others with dumb faces.

Chipotle is chipotle but some places actually give you a regular sized scoop l..
There were barley any chicken.. but they did give me a lot more sour cream (perfect amount btw) than other places. I also asked for extra corn (and she gave me a 1/3 scoop *crying). But anyways pretty good!

Love this location when you ask for extra they make your money worth, compare to other location that are closer to me they dont make your full even asking for extra
