Chrisp Air HVAC and Appliance Repair

Our dishwasher started leaking near the bottom on the front panel, and we needed it repaired. We had a major leak in our house years ago, and never wanted to go through that again - it was a nightmare!

We called Chrisp Air and they were able to fit us in their schedule that week. They arrived well within the timeframe that they said they would arrive.

They were very clear, both on the phone when we initially called them, and when they first arrived to repair the dishwasher, that it would cost a minimum of $175 for them to come out and do the repair. They were very clear that regardless of how long it took them to fix it, etc, that would be the minimum. We agreed, since we do not have the skill , experience, and know-how to repair it ourselves. Also, since that major leak that we had before, we wanted to make sure a professional did the repair.

They came in, knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it perfectly, and assured us that it was fixed, but, if there were any issues at all, to call them and they would come right back out.

We are very happy with their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of appliance repair, and we can highly recommend their services.

Scheduled an appointment between 8 and 12 - no show- called voicemail was backed up - sent text messages - no response - don't know what happened- waited all day thinking he might show up - cancelled service call

My Bad - I had the wrong day and Chris was swamped and his phone was blown up with numerous service calls- I have no complaints and have no reason to doubt all the positive reviews-!

From the moment I called this company until the end of our conversation I don't think I have had a more professional experience. I was having refrigerator problems. Told him I had someone else diagnose what they thought was the issue. All I can say is don't ever go with someone off of Facebook marketplace even if it's a friend that recommends them. The first person that we had came in with nothing to test for continuity. Opened the back of fridge and I'm assuming guessed at what was wrong. When I called Chris at Chrispy air he asked a lot of questions on the phone. I knew I had the right guy at that point. Asked me where I lived. And added me to his route and was here so fast! Soon as he got here he was testing for power. You would think all appliance repair guys do that but that's not the case. Diagnosed and found the problem right away. Told me it would be pricey and asked if I had a warranty. Didn't even think of checking. He told me he would order the part and just to let him know. I looked up the warranty and OMG I had one!! Chris I can't thank you and your brother enough for being the true professionals that you are. I will be calling these guys for any work I need that involves their trade. Keeping their magnetic card on my fridge forever...10 stars for sure!

Chrisp Air has grade A service! I needed help installing a washer and dryer and they got the job done in no time. Chris even pointed out that the people who delivered the appliances did not leave me a connection cord for the dryer. He had no problem going to the store for me mid job! Chris and his team are willing to work around any bump in the road they come across to ensure their customer's satisfaction. I have yet to find a company that is as friendly and accommodating as they are.

My oven went out as I was preparing to put my husband's birthday cake in the oven & only 3 days before Christmas. I frantically called around, including the oven manufacturer's service line. No one could come out to look at my oven until after the holidays & a new oven was out of the budget. Called Chrisp Air & they came out the very next day. They did a great job explaining the problem & replaced the broken part (which was caused by a bad repair done by someone else less than a year prior). Thanks to their wonderful customer service, willingness to squeeze me in on a busy holiday week & their great work, we were able to salvage all our holiday food traditions.

This father and son team are amazing and very honest. I thought that my washing machine needed a new pump. It was only some material that got stuck. Highly recommended!

1 star for being on time, and 1 star for being courteous. He came and looked at my appliance, and quoted me a ridiculous price! Over$400.00 I looked up my appliance and saw a video on how to repair my product. It took only ten minutes, and didn't even require a part. NO PART REQUIRED!! I will NOT BE USING HIS SERVICES AGAIN! He gouges people, and many of you don't even take the time to see how much it should actually cost!! And those types of people are extremely easy to take advantage of.

Called Chrisp Air for repair of an older Magic Chef counter top stove. They were punctual, polite and gave us an estimate for parts and installation. Parts were there in a couple of days. Cost was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company.

called when our freezer (loaded with food) wouldn't cool and they came out within the hour and tried to fix. Great fast and reasonable service but unfortunately they could not fix it even though it is only 6 years old. We have to buy another new freezer, the quality of the appliances in this day and age is just crap!!!

Highly recommend! Chris and Andrew fixed my squeaking dryer quickly and for a good price.
