Christianne Strickland, MD - Menlo Medical Clinic

We've been seeing Dr. Strickland for almost 6 years, and we've loved having her as our children's doctor. She is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. During visits, she is friendly with my children, and knows how to handle them when they're screaming and not letting her examine their ears. I appreciate that when she walks into the room, she remembers details about my children without needing to look at the chart, and she always asks me "what questions do you have", and will take the time to answer without making me feel rushed. She has always asked me for my thoughts on the plan of action when we've had to start a new treatment.

I can tell that she loves being a pediatrician, and I could tell from our conversations that she understands what it's also like to be a parent. When Dr. Strickland moved to her current Menlo park practice, we followed her there even though it was a longer drive for us.

We love Dr. Strickland. She's brilliant, calm, and doesn't over react. We always feel at ease and respected with her and the entire practice. The nurses are fun and kind, and they give a great shot! That's 90% of it from the kids side!

She is not competent in what she does. Her approach is super passive and does not even try to make connection with patient and the parents. She doesn't even spend time to answer simple questions properly. All the answers I got to my questions was that it is normal or expected without proper explanation or engaging in a conversation. If you want to receive a decent care for your child, don't waste your time with this doctor.

Thank God we found dr Strickland. She is so wonderful and the office staff is​ amazing. The best services you can get for sure. They are always available​ via portal and phone. Especially​ as a first-time​ mom,​ I had so many questions and they have no problem to answering them.

Fantastic first visit all-around. Reception was great by phone and very thorough on covid protocols. Had HEPA filters running in the patient rooms. Felt very safe. Whole team did great and Dr. Strickland was lovely to interact with. Flu vaccine event went over without any tears for our toddler! I was very impressed.

Dr. Strickland is a highly professional, knowledgeable and attentive pediatrician. My whole family loves her - but most importantly, my son loves her. She cares about her patients and takes time to answer questions. She thorough but also seems to be careful about time, and wait times are short for appointments.

Dr. Strickland is quick to respond to urgent issues and takes issues seriously. She has great advice, and I feel lucky to have access to such a wonderful doctor.

I decided to update my review. We still very much like Dr. Strickland. Their office has moved to a new location and the space is even better than their old office. Dr. Strickland is friendly and smart. We still recommend her.

My children have been seeing Dr. Strickland for awhile now. While I don't think any child really likes going to the doctor, when we go see Dr. Strickland they both seem to enjoy the visit. From our parent perspective, we very much appreciate her opinion and her respect for us as concerned. She is extremely knowledgeable and listens to our concerns too. If you're looking for a pediatrician, we recommend Dr. Strickland.

Dr Strickland is amazing! Doctor Strickland takes her time with her patients... This doctor never rushes you and is wonderful with my kids.

We moved to San Jose from Orange County couple weeks ago, and was looking for pediatrician and found this doctor on Yelp the only doctor with 5star reviews. I didn't believe all that hype until I walked in today, from checking in till checking out it was a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk was super nice and polite. The nurse & the doctor was awesome, they answered all my questions and the doc was keep asking me if I had any more questions or concern. I did not feel rushed and I didn't wait at all for the nurse & Doctor to see us. Overall very nice office with great people. Can't wait to visit again. So far living in San Jose been a wonderful experience ever and hope it stays like this for ever because down in Orange County it's totally the opposite. Thank you guys so much

Dr. Strickland is a highly professional,and an awesome pediatrician. I gave birth to a premature baby and when we were getting ready to come home, we had to choose a PD. After doing my research I decided to choose her. She is very a caring person. She actually came to the NICU and visited my son one month before he got discharged. She makes our family feels so comfortable and overall I'm extremley happy I choose her as my son's PD.
