The gym is coming along nicely, employees are super friendly. The maintenance guy is on point in fixing things.

In regards to equipment, we need and ab machine like the photo below

They do not ensure informed consent in filming group classes. There is no clear mention of filming certain classes on sign up screen on their app which they tell us to use, nor clear announcement about recording during the class, nor signage to inform students. During the class, there were Chuze employees staying at the front of classroom filming the whole time and it was extremely uncomfortable. Despite my request not to be filmed, they persisted.

Their handling of this situation by the management was unprofessional, arrogant and completely lacked sensitivity. I was told that it was a special event that made it OK to film and I missed one instructor mentioned about recording before the class but all I heard was music blasting before the class and no one was paying attention - clearly no one is informed about this.

This gym has had dangerous people including stalkers allowed in and they kept failing to implement adequate security measures. The ongoing failure to prioritize members' safety is evident in their poorly executed process - also their completely lack of respect to their members is apparent.

4/5: due to what they have to offer but NOT available at the GRAND OPENING.

Been waiting for this place to open up and it does not disappoint! Felipe checked me in and gave me a tour of the place everything you need is here INCLUDING DAYCARE ,group classes-group x-team training-the studio IR,body workshop and the coolest thing ( not open yet) CHUZE CINEMA! you can watch a movie while doing your treadmill exercise.OH AND THEY HAVE A SMOOTHIE BAR !

Joined this gym in January and loved the atmosphere ,kids club and all the different classes they offer ,also can't forget about their Chuze bar,best protein smoothies can't leave without buying one every time I go , the cons
It's now May and if you go after 6pm it's impossible to get a good workout due to the amount of people ,it's completely packed ,people hog the machines ,thinking about switching for this reason really wish they would limit memberships monthly to allow everyone that already signed up to go an actually get a work out in ,
I prefer mornings ,they aren't usually to busy but there is two girls constantly there yelling "skee yee" so loud I can hear them through my headphones on the other side of gym , wish the staff would do something about that it's annoying and interrupts people working out . They do about every 10 minutes there entire workout . While I look for an alternative gym that's not so busy chuze will have to do .

The company utilizes space very well. I like all of the extra amenities. Aa I am mobility challenged, I initially joined at the $30 membership so that I could use the sauna and massage tables. After I could no longer get to the gym to take advantage of the extra amenities, I downgraded to the $10/mo membership. I was initially informed that I could downgrade at any time with no penalties or extending the contract. After more than 6 consecutive months of not using the gym, and 3 months left on my contract and before the annual renewal, I downgraded in April 2024 thinking that I only had 1-2 months left. Today, July 9, 2024, I was informed that downgrading my membership in April put me under an entirely new 12 month membership! To terminate this new membership, it will cost me $50! I'm going to cancel it anyway because I have no need to pay $10 a month for the next 9 months! They got me for $420, of which several months were my own fault for not getting to the gym to downgrade sooner, but let this be a warning to you. Changing your membership puts you under an entirely NEW contract and the representatives won't inform you of such!

Equipment is there to keep body in motion. 7 squat racks and only two bench press. I guess push comes to shove you could wheel a bench over to the squat rack. A protein bar, cinema cardio section, yoga! Staff is friendly. But like every new establishment, you gotta give it time to work the kinks out. Certain things were not opened. 1 sauna room instead of 3, so you had to cram at least 7 folks in a room that fits 5 comfortably. The sauna is infrared, which means it takes at least 20 minutes to break a sweat, even with a sweater on. No voice in the cinema just loud distorted explosions. So far it's a good gym. Once they get their footing, this will be an amazing gym environment.

I really enjoy all the classes at Florin! Zumba with Sara + Perla and the Team Trainings with Chris + Coach Icy are my favorite. Also, Elizabeth's energy at the BODYCOMBAT class is unmatchable! I love the enthusiasm of all the coaches and their friendliness.

I appreciate it when the class schedules are aligned so that I can do two classes consecutively (i.e 6pm Zumba, 7pm Team Training). Having them back to back motivates me to come and makes the trip to the gym worth it.

Facility wise there's room for growth with repairs. Bathroom sinks in the women's room weren't working for a long time and some stall doors seem to need some oil/re-hinging. (These seem to have been fixed now).

Gerald and Lexi are such great workers!!! They always have such a welcoming spirit and great vibes! There are days I don't want to be here and everyone always have such a happy vibe it changes my mood.

Always packed on evening weekdays but not impossible to find machines to work on.

If you have the more membership I highly recommend doing hot studio yoga with Cerise. Her class is so fun and challenging! I have tried almost every class here and they all are a great! Overall it's a great and CLEAN gym.

Felipe is a great! Always greets me with a warm welcome and is very to kind to others! Definitely a place to be at for long term.

Compared to other local gyms, this is a good gym. It has variety of free weights and machines. The gym is kept clean. I needed to learn to use some equipment and Felipe who was putting weights away noticed I looked lost. He showed me how to use the machine. If I see him at the front he greets me by my name. It feels good.
I prefer this gym over 24 hr fitness and planet fitness. Would be great if it was 24 hours.
