This company provides excellent service to the customers. They have a great staff and Tonya in the office is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for a great pest control company that takes care of their customers and their staff look no further.

I am very happy with the service provided by Davey today.
Not only did he do a thorough job, but was so very pleasant to speak with.
Before spraying, he walked through the entire exterior and got rid of numerous spiderwebs that had gotten out of control.

I used to use Clark for pest control, but they were so erratic and did such a horrible job that I had to switch to another company.
I have nothing but good to say about Citra, the service is excellent and friendly, they are easy to get a hold of and if you need them to come out between services, it is very easy to schedule an appointment.
The pricing is reasonable, and you actually get more from them than you would from a company like Clark for a lot less money.

Do not recommend. The treatment was sub par and not targeted towards a variety of insects-- they applied temprid in both visits.
Follow up technician visit did not perform any enhanced treatments or targeted applications such as baits for ants. The office phone rarely gets through to a person so it's a game of leaving a voicemail and expecting a callback usually the next day or so, and if you miss the call, then the cycle continues, leading to a scheduling nightmare.
I ended up paying for the initial service and then canceling without a refund.

First service with Citra Pest Control today on my home in Menlo Park. Jason was the technician assigned to my home. I was so impressed by the attention to detail that Jason had. He is in every way an absolutely exceptional professional that takes pride in his work. All aspects of the service I requested were met and every detail was completed. The quality of service was above and beyond what I expected and am grateful to now be contracted with Citra Pest Control. They've been treating the flea problem at our home and they do a great job. Nice people, reliable, effective.

Alexander was prompt, communicated everything, and worked efficiently. When I came home after his service, I found a dying roach outside indicating the treatment was indeed working. As such, I think this service is a good value.

In May, we contacted Citra Pest Control for two issues: rats in our crawl space (a family of five) and an extensive ant infestation throughout the house due to heavy winter rains. Despite my attempts to eliminate them using various methods from stores and online advices for 2-3 months, nothing worked.

We are incredibly pleased that we decided to call professionals, as Citra Pest Control exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. Our technician, Abraham, demonstrated exceptional knowledge and thoughtfulness. We wish other professionals in different fields were as competent as him. He resolved all our issues, provided clear explanations to our questions, and conducted treatments with respect for our property. Moreover, all visits were exactly on time.

After the first week:
- Two rats were caught, and we haven't seen any since.

After the second week:
- We had additional service to repair vents, preventing further unwanted "guests" (we had holes around the pipes which were not sealed correctly).
- There was a significant reduction of ants in and around the house, estimated at 90-95%.
- No rats were present.

After weeks 3-4:
Citra provided a complimentary ant treatment for specific areas where ants reappeared.
Currently, we need to wait another two weeks to confirm complete elimination, but the number of ants has drastically reduced. We now only spot a few randomly walking around, accounting for less than 1% of the initial infestation.
