My regular appliance repair person could only provide a 10 August date to come look at my refrigerator. It was not holding the desired temperature. We had defrosted the refrigerator ourselves thinking that might solve the problem. When that did not work I decided to see if another repair person was able to come earlier. Abdulbari of City Appliance listened to my problem, said he was repairing the exact same thing at that moment for another person. He offered to come by around 5:00pm that evening and he figured he had the right part. He called at 4:30 saying he was in traffic and would be a little late. He arrived at about six pm and two hours later had fixed what turned out to be two problems; a broken/ sticking/tired fan and two clogged drainage tubes. Abdulberi showed me what the problems were and explained what he needed to do. He was very patient with all my questions. Our refrigerator's temperature is working beautifully.
