When was getting a quote, I was a bit skeptical when I got asked for my VIN, but Joel always responded very quickly and was able to get me an exact windshield replacement and an accurate quote. He was very clear about his services, and I was surprised that he has complimentary mobile service, so he drove to my residence for the replacement without extra charge! I'm glad to know that he also offers a lifetime warranty on his workmanship.

He texted me an hour before arrival and was on time. He efficiently replaced my windshield within an hour. It was so convenient, great value, and hassle-free. He also gave clear instructions and what to do after the replacement before driving again.

I got a crack on my windshield and looked on Yelp for reputable auto glass shops for replacement and Joel from City Xpress Autoglass reached out to me immediately and instantly provided a quote as well as his availability.

I immediately scheduled the next day with him to come to my house and he was very communicative and updated me on his arrival. Upon arrival, he was very clear on what he was going to do and was able to replace the windshield in less than an hour. He also vacuumed the car which was a nice surprise as well.

My sister did a yelp project quote and he popped up for a broken glass on a 2017 Honda Civic. He contacted us relatively quick, was nice to answer all of our questions and was available really soon. He called before arriving for the appointment and came to my house at the time he said he would. He walked me through the whole replacement process and helped me take out the car seat of my car so no glass would fall to it, I thought that was very kind of him. He then did the work within 40-50 minutes and went the extra step to vacuum my whole car which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The price I thought was fair for the at home service and time it took. I will be referring him to anyone that asks me about this service!
