CJ is the man. It's extremely hard to find a reliable and trustworthy person for household jobs nowadays. Either you get ripped off with pricing and treated like you're a novice, or you get screwed over with poor craftsmanship.

CJ is not like that. He is very honest and patient with me. I had a plumbing issue after I tried to DIY-draining my 10-year-old water heater. It was a bad mistake on my end. I got in touch with CJ, and he came over within a few hours and patiently explained my options to me. He was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of money and time!

I don't usually rely on Yelp reviews too much, but CJ deserves the 5-star reviews on here. He has earned my business for life. Thanks again, CJ

Oh my goodness where do I start. First off Carlos responded right away, and gave me a guesstimate over the phone. No other plumbers did that. 2 other plumbing companies came to my home and tried to upsell, and offered less than half the guarantee timeframe.
Then Carlos came confident, courteous, and provided a fair price without trying to upsell. He came in with foot covers without me asking. Very professional. So like it or not Carlos. You're going to be my go to plumber from now on. Thank you for your professionalism, quality work and fast installation. AND providing me a fair rate.

He replaced all the old leaking valves at my place. I had an emergency leak and he was able to come on short notice to take care of it. Greatly appreciated

Carlos is so dependable. When i need his service he always response in a timely fashion, no matter when it is. Again he came through to get me out of trouble. It was just a small job but he is always gracious and friendly when he comes. He work efficiently and cleanly. He is the best. So glad that he was referred to me.

I had a galvanized pipe in the front of my house leaking due to corrosion. I called Carlos who was able to arrive the same day and explain thoroughly what was needed to fix the problem.

The old galvanized water pipes for the washer/dryer, and gas line for the dryer were replaced with copper pipes. He also installed new hot/cold washer shut off valves. He repatched the concrete driveway and hauled away the concrete debris. He completed the task in 1.25 days.

I also had a question about my hot water heater that another plumber installed and Carlos adjusted the temperature setting down to a practical level (so I think it will extend the life of my water heater).

I felt comfortable asking him questions since I know very little about plumbing. He is professional, courteous, and reliable. I highly recommend CJ Plumbing and if I need help again, I know I will not hesitate to call Carlos.

I highly recommend Carlos based on our first experience with him and reading these reviews. Very responsive, answered my phone call after normal business hours, and promptly came the next day to meet our need for a sewer lateral inspection video. Very reasonable price and even followed up with me after he left to make sure everything was ok. Will be giving him a call for future plumbing needs!

CJ Plumbing was hands down the best plumber for our repair project. We needed to repair a laundry drain where it was identified that the PTrap needed to be replaced because it was a corroded iron mess. I spoke with Carlos who was very receptive and wanted to know all the details of the problem. He spent time to really understand what was going on and immediately knew what needed to be done. I sent him pictures of the area that needed to be worked and he sent me a quote right away.

His pricing was very reasonable and his work was impeccable. He left a cleaned work area and even put my appliance back in place. He also took a video of the repair to show me that the repair was not leaking and that the drain functioned perfectly. I would highly recommend CJ Plumbing, Carlos and Juan, for all your plumbing needs. These guys were awesome and I plan to use them again for all my plumbing needs on all my properties.

Carlos went above and beyond to fix the backed up main water line in my house. I called him last minute and he showed up same day to resolve my issue.
From the moment I called him and explained to him my issue, Carlos explained to me exactly what my issue was and that he would be able to fix it for me. He quoted me an estimate over the phone and when all the work was done he charged me even less! Other companies were quoting me over $1k without guaranteeing that the issue would be fixed. Carlos charged me about 1/4 of what everyone else was quoting me.

While Carlos was on the roof of my house and running the snake/camera through the drain pipes, he provided me a live video showing me exactly where and what the issue was (roots clogging up the pipes) that way I knew what he was telling me was true, reassurance is key!
Carlos gave me some recommendations to avoid having the same issues again, and things that I can do to prevent these issues in the future.
I will definitely be calling Carlos back for any issues I have moving forward.

Carlos is the first tradesman I've ever interacted with who's kind, genuine, and most importantly, doesn't take advantage of customers' stress and situation to upmarket his service or force a sale.

I called him for a backed-up clog for two restrooms that would overflow into the bath which ended up being a main sewer line blockage. Carlos arrived promptly and focused on educating customers on the problem first to allow us to make an informed decision. He never tried to push a sale, but simply laid out all the potential fixes and the costs.

The next day I had a separate plumbing issue (due to a faulty fill valve, not relating to the service Carlos provided) and called Carlos who helped troubleshoot on the phone for 10 minutes! Any other company or servicemen would have pulled the "I'm not sure, I have to go out and see" then quoted you a ridiculously expensive price. Instead, he told me it was so simple to replace a fill valve I just needed to buy a replacement from Home Depot and google a YouTube video. I did and fixed it myself!

Normally I'm skeptical when I see companies with perfect reviews, but after working with Carlos I can understand why his customers praise him.
