If you need house cleaners class act is the best. We have been using their service for 6-8 months and they do an amazing job. My wife is super excited every time they clean our home. They even organized her vanity with all her makeup and creams. We love them and are so thankful that we don't have to clean our home. My wife has back issues and we both work very long hours so we don't have time to clean. This is the best house cleaning service in the Bay Area. We highly recommend them. Prices are higher than others but the value they provide is more than worth it. We are always willing to pay more for the best value and best service.

I wanted to update my review after some reflection and better services from another local housekeeping company.

At first I was honestly worried I was being too demanding, what I wanted was a regular house keeping service, and I felt like their prices were fair ($100 / hr for two people). My property is very small (800 sq feet) so I was hoping that I could have someone clean my home for me, in 1-1.5 hours, every 3 weeks or so. Their move in cleaning service went well, maybe because it was an empty apartment, but I was disappointed with my regular services. There was a lot of attention to detail lacking.

As I mentioned in my last review, the ladies cut corners and didn't do things like cleaning under furniture, moving light items to clean under it (eg: litter box, office chair, etc). I personally felt like they didn't take my property very seriously and wanted to get in and out ASAP. I have a cat and a dog and there was leftover clumps of fur that accumulated in corners that were never vacuumed up. I was hopeful, given how small my property was, that they COULD get in and out quickly, assuming they did a good service. I don't want to have to micro manage or check people's work, I expect it to be done and then they can just leave on their own, but that was sadly not the vibe or experience I got here.

I did complain, and the employee was professional and resent the ladies back the same day, but it was just uncomfortable? Because the next time the ladies returned, they missed litter around the litter box again, but I just felt too awkward to complain a SECOND time. You would think if you had an hour to clean just 2-3 rooms, you would take your time and actually pay attention to details (eg: baseboards and such) but they rushed through and wanted to gtfo!

I switched to a different cleaning service, have been having regular services with them since October ish, and I'm really happy! I don't feel like my new housekeeper rushes, which is weird because I pay them by the job and not by the hour, so you'd think it's the other way around, and I'm left with the quality of service I want every time. My floors are clean, there isn't dust or fur accumulated, she even cleans UNDER MY BED! without being asked or having to double check their work!

Just to be clear, I think there's a lot to love about this company. They accept credit cards, their scheduling team is attentive and has great communication, and their prices are fair. I guess you just get what you paid for low key?

Edit to add: I'm not changing the review but someone by the name of "My V" messaged me after I updated my review (went from four to three stars). Took me a second to realize the name, but it's just immature if that was a joke on the part of this company. I don't know if it was, hence not lowering stars more...but yea...gross lol

I called them because I'm but one man with three cats living in a house and filth was slowly beginning to overtake my dwelling.

Paola and Hilda (man I hope I got their names right) did a fantastic job, removed stains I thought would be here forever, and if my overly curious girl gave them any trouble, I didn't hear it. Traci was great about scheduling.

Estimate was reasonable but the job actually clocked in under, so the price was right. Payment options were very flexible.

Grateful I no longer have to live in squalor of my own creation!

We do clean our house during the week but with a baby coming, we needed it deep cleaned. I'm very meticulous and wants everything cleaned/wiped thoroughly and Class Act did not disappoint. They did a really great job especially with our windows (separate service) and floors. We told them our budget and they were able to finish the job on the agreed length of time. They're very efficient! Will definitely be using their service again.

Attention to detail at a great price! Good cleaning crews and the office staff is very responsive. They go the extra mile: on one occasion they cleaned my closet floors and stacked my shoes back nice and neat. I've tried a few other cleaning services for my house in the past and think this will be my new go-to moving forward! It was quick and easy to schedule a date, and I got a courtesy call the day before to confirm the crew's arrival time. Communication was clear, and the crew finished on time. Great value. Looking forward to booking them again!

I've been using Class Act House Cleaning services for biweekly cleanings since January of 2022 and I feel now is a good time to give a review. I am very happy with the professionalism, communication, reliability, and availability of Class Act. I am a busy wife and mom who works full time and I don't have time to clean the house myself (although I'd love to - don't judge me lol) so I rely on Class Act to help me maintain my sanity.

Traci and Angela are quick to respond to any and all of my concerns. I love how they let me know what time the cleaners will arrive. The cleaners themselves are respectful to my property, thorough with their cleaning and they always show up on time. I also really like the electronic payment options they offer. Every other cleaning company I used wanted a check or cash (shady) only.

Had them come deep clean my house before family flew in Angela was super informative through out the whole process the girls who cleaned my home were very professional I have cameras and they were always working not BSING! Akesha helped me set up my payment and next visits she was very friendly! I have been looking for a reputable reliable fairly priced cleaning service and this is the place! I also had a small mishaps and Angela was very understanding! I set up my future visits with them and we will for sure be regulars!!!! Highly recommend this business! Everyone is professional time tier!
