Very poor customer service. I had trouble with my ticket and though the first machine kept it. I had free parking. When I drove to the gate I thought I didn't have my ticket and called for the agent. Rather than listen to me about what happened. The agent just kept telling me I was wrong. Then when I discovered by mistake and tried to tell her she called me a liar. Told my daughter I was a liar. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. This occurred today, August 3, 2014, at approximately 11:00 a.m. There would be no reason for me to lie, I had validated, free parking. If you have any choice, do not park here.

The other problem was they decided to hose down the floor above which cause overflow onto the cars on the floor below thus water spotting our cars and dripping on our hair and faces. Very bad timing. My car was spick and span when I pulled into the lot and now has very dirty water spots all over the back.

Classic Parking handled parking at a concert event I attended recently at Mountain Winery. We wanted to be sure we were in good position to be able to leave quickly so Phuong not only helped us get the best spot, he also went out of his way to hold off traffic and let us get out when it was time to leave. He really went above and beyond. Thanks Phuong!

Initially, this is what happened. The parking this afternoon was supposed to be free for the event: NCAA Sweet 16 Men's Basketball Practice. I apparently parked in the wrong lot after being directed to do so by Dominick. Then, Dominick's supervisor Matt refused to open the gate and let me leave without paying. Again this was for a free parking event. Matt's supervisor then supported him!! I paid only because I was late for work. It was like I was baited into parking for free and then extorted for money. Pay or we won't let you leave, even if you have a reasonable explanation. Exactly what Nanci L. commented actually happened: rather than listen to me about what happened, the supervisor just kept telling me I was wrong, it was my fault and that I parked in the wrong place, even though Dominick told me to park there.
After trying again the next day, James, the big parking boss at Staples Center was very understanding, agreed to refund my money and agreed to talk to the employees about their poor customer service.
