      I used this 3rd party service while staying at a hotel near the airport. It would take too long to explain all the issues related to my trip. Late, took 15 min to load bags for 5 people and then decided to skip Terminal 1 even when 4 passengers had a flight in less than an hour. During the drive the driver actually skipped a hotel because he was running late. He left them standing out front.

      The driver was incompetent and threatened multiple passengers with leaving them on the street to "take Uber." I've been a business traveler for almost 40 years. I've never seen anything like it.

      I tried to contact the business to discuss the issue. They don't take calls nor do they return messages. If I owned Hotel 1550 or any of the other hotels on the route I'd find another service company.

      There are many other one star reviews. I stayed at the hotel because of the airport shuttle. Now there is no reason to stay there.

      Do not use Classic Shuttle Services under any circumstances - they lost my luggage on one trip and laughed it off and have since refused to reimburse me for my loss.

      After traveling overseas to visit my family for the holidays for the first time in 17 years, I took Classic Shuttles from Aluxor Hotel to SFO Terminal 1 on January 5 while heading home. That trip from the hotel to the airport is barely three miles.

      The shuttle had a faulty latch on the back and my luggage fell out somewhere between the hotel and the airport. I watched the driver load my suitcase into the back of the shuttle, and when we got to Terminal 1 it was no longer there.

      The driver initially suggested I'd forgotten to bring my suitcase from my room to the shuttle; when the hotel's front desk worker pulled up security footage that showed me bringing my luggage to the shuttle, the driver then suggested a homeless person may have stolen it out of the back while we were stopped at a light. The owner was called out to work on the broken latch (see attached image of the owner working on the latch with a screwdriver while the driver watches on), and he joked that maybe my suitcase dissolved.

      My suitcase contained Christmas presents and a few irreplaceable family heirlooms that had sentimental value. Classic Shuttles did not offer to reimburse me for losing my items, and they have not returned any of my phone calls about the matter. They are, quite simply, not concerned in the least about items that are lost while in their care.

      my terrible run in with classic transporter or shuttle was last night when i was making a left from san mateo ave onto san bruno ave on a green light and all of a sudden whoever was driving this bus around 630p last night decides to do a rolling stop from the opposite side!

      It seemed like he was in a hurry! But geez, safety first, isnt safety priority with transportation providers? He then stares me down at the offramp to the international terminal!

      sheesh to think of anyone more compelling to drive as poor as a low rated uber driver, beware and hire a real transportation shuttle like bauers transportation!

      *** Dangerous driving. ***

      I was arriving to SFO departure area in terminal 1 on 4/03/2023 in the morning. This company's shuttle did not yield as it merged into my lane. I had the right of way. The drive sped up when there was no space for him to merge; ran over the curb; and cut me off. The shuttle jumped as the rear wheels went over the curb.

      The driver did not care that he almost caused an accident. I had 6 people in my van. He had 4 or 5 people in his shuttle.

      If you value your life, please avoid hiring this shuttle service.

      I was in traffic next to classic shuttle bus number 116 today, March 27th 2024 at around 5:30 p.m. The driver ran a red light and made an illegal u-turn, cutting off oncoming traffic, and held up his middle finger to me. His commercial driver's license should be taken away.

      Very rude driver on shuttle # 1001 (Super 8, Ramada, Comfort Inn) with Asian face. He twice didn't stop on Terminal 3 to pick up passengers at night before 11pm and next morning before 11am. When I told him about that next day and asked to pick up my husband from Airport, because he waited for shuttle there for 1,5 hours, the driver refused to do that. Terrible service and this driver.

      incredibly rude Classic Shuttle driver leaning on his horn full blast for a solid 10 seconds at the SFO hotel pick up. We were waiting at the curb six feet away. when I complained he challenged me to fight! seems Like Classic Shuttles hires Ex ConVicks. He has serious anger issues. This driver has caramel skin tone with short fake blonde hair. CA tags 62466A1 . He shut right up when 4 cops showed up.

      I'm writing a review because I didn't have a cash tip and I think this is the next best thing. The shuttle service was prompt and the drivers were super friendly, even when I told them I didn't have cash for a tip . The schedule is accurate and I was on time to my flight. The shuttles were clean and the drivers drove responsibly.

      Took a car #114. The driver:
      1) Would not wear a seat belt.
      2) Did not offer any assistance with my luggage and told me to carry it up the steps myself.

      This drivers are the champions of bad service, specially the driver from unit 119 on June 30 at 10:53, when I ask him why was he not taking us to the hotel holiday inn express, he keep on saying in very broken English this is not the one, this not the one, I said: you and all the other drivers keep saying that are not going to any of the holiday in hotels when clearly had the logo on them.
      The weirdo start yelling at us, to me and my 11 years old daughter: GET AWAY, GET AWAY.
      His attitude unacceptable, the kind of person the I feel sorrow for soul, the miserable so unhappy.
