The Technician was very polite on the phone and in person. He let me know well ahead of time he was running a bit late. He completed the work quickly and made sure it was done cleanly. He cleaned the chimney and the dryer vent. While he was here he had a look at my gas fireplace and gave advice on getting it repaired and also provided a reference for me to get that work done. I will have them back to clean the gas fireplace once the repair work is complete.

Arvin's a nice guy. He did a great job and I'm glad I called. He also cleaned my neighbour's dryer duct and it was really overdue.

Arvin assessed our chimney problem the day we called. It took over two weeks to schedule the repair, but we were happy with the work. Other companies were unresponsive, so I guess everyone is busy.
