When we moved into our home in the Outer Sunset, we found that the ants there were unstoppable. They straight up ignored the traps, baits, or sprays that we'd used in our last three homes. We had a toddler and an infant and a cat and the ants were feasting five times a day. Eric showed up once and they stopped within two days.

Clear Skies Pest is prompt, responsive, and very capable. They are willing to explain as much as we'd like about the particular products they use, and they come like clockwork every few months to make sure the home stays completely pest free.

I saw Clear Skies' van at my neighbor's house every year. I had an ants problem at my house for a very long time but I was concerned to treat it because I have a vegetable garden and a dog. it got worse so I decided to treat it.
I researched Yelp and found them have the best reviews so I decided to give them a try. Eric came out, gave me a detailed explanation, and good treatment around the house just like other reviewers said. After 10 days, I discoverd there were still some ants in my yard so I contacted Eric and he came back the 2nd week.
We found out there were still some ants that came from our neighbor so Eric put some baits and that should take care of it.
I don't see any ants around or in my house anymore and decide to use Eric's service yearly.

Eric Schmitz is OUTSTANDING! It feels strange to rave about a pest control dude but seriously. He gave me a quote via email and it was competitive.

Ok I feel like these guys saved our lives! We've owned this house for 43+ years and have always had an ant problem no matter how careful we were about cleaning up. We are an extremely neat family. But we finally acknowledged that we needed ant prevention and called clear skies because of their commitment to the LEAST toxic chemicals available. And it works! I haven't seen one ant for months if not a year. Not one. And they are courteous, very reasonably priced, timely, and efficient. They will not mill around the perimeter of your house all day. They do what needs to be done with minimal to no disruption. The rare individuals who write bad reviews are either getting the wrong company or are writing about unrelated issues, thus violating Yelp policy. I absolutely love this company and will be using them forever. I hope they never close down. They are vital to our happiness! So please, negative people. Just STOP! Write legitimate reviews for once. How are you not embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves??? Also if someone blocked my car when I was trying to get to work or drop my kids off to school, I would be livid as well. Driveways are not a free for all. You deserve to be towed.

I found some scary-looking winged insects that I was convinced were flying carpenter ants. The most obvious reaction was to panic, of course, and to imagine them eating the house from the inside out. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment with Clear Skies pretty quickly. Conn came out and was able to calm some of my fears -- they were likely a species of flies that had found their way inside. He recommended to call back if anything else came up, and didn't even charge for the visit. Where do you even still get that level of professionalism and kindness? You bet the next time I need any kind of insect-related help, they'll be the first I call. THANK YOU!

They truly went above and beyond to provide the absolute highest level of professional customer service from start to finish. Scheduling with the office manager, Christine, was quick and easy and they were incredibly accommodating to our schedules and provided detailed instructions on what to expect in advance - particularly since we have two cats.
Our service technician Conn was an absolute ROCK STAR!!!! He was simply amazing and such a pleasure to work with. He's incredibly personable, professional and tremendously knowledgeable.
