      I've had 2 solid state drives installed there with no problems: they are very friendly and have very reasonable prices for quality service.

      I prefer to get professionals to install a solid state drive in an older device that lacks SSD, because it's easy for an amateur to make a mistake and break his machine. And experts say that the number one way you can upgrade an older machine is install an SSD.

      That, and add more memory, and if I ever wanted to do that I would have a good company like ClickAway to do that for me as well. Adding memory is very tricky.

      Jose and team rock. I grew up in but moved out of the Bay Area years ago, and recently found myself trying to remotely help my Mom with an issue that'd arisen with an iPad that I'd gotten her, which she'd been living with for some time. You know, the old "it's not staying connected / powered" issue. Mom doesn't drive or leave her place much anymore as she has some physical mobility limitations, so Jose went out to her to pick up the device. He found that a small bit of a lighting cable had broken off in the charging port, fished it out, and returned it to her within less than 24 hours usable as normal again and at no charge!

      It might seem like a small thing, but it wasn't. I'm only able to visit family back in the Bay Area and along the coast so often. Keeping devices working can be a lifeline for families that need stay connected, and so much of how their members stay connected to the world.

      Great communication, stellar customer service, and straight-up kindness. Not small things at all.

      Once again Click-Away Computer in Sunnyvale hit it out of the park. I had a problem with my my internet service and after contacting my internet provider and having to go through their on-line help and not being able to talk with a real person I was told that there were "no issues on their end". After contacting Click-Away in Sunnyvale, Jose was able to fix my issue in a relatively short period of time. He took the time to talk me through the process and made sure everything was working perfectly. I have always had a great outcome in their Sunnyvale store and have posted reviews about them several times. If I am posting time and again, it means that what they do there is consistent so take what the one-time reviewers say with a grain of salt. The long time customers are long time customers for a reason.

      I recently had my iPad screen repaired at ClickAway, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Trang was professional, friendly, and efficient. She diagnosed the issue promptly and provided a transparent estimate. The repair was completed within the promised timeframe, and my iPad now looks like new. I highly recommend this place for any Apple, PC repairs.

      Jose and his team are top notch professional, knowledgeable and a willing to educate attitude. They accurately identified the problem with my iMac and quickly replaced an out of service component. They also addressed questions about social engineering and cybersecurity hacks.       Had to repalce an iPod Touch swollen battery and and contacted ClickAway. They got the battery and replaced it and now my iPod is like brand new. Bosko Trpkov was great and notified me right away when it was done. Highly recommended.

      My phone fell and it has what it called the "black screen." All my photos of the babies are gone. (Especially all my newborn pictures of my baby girl, who is 10 months now). They were not backed up into Google cloud.

      Too make a long stoty short. A Mom recommended this place. I made a quote online. Maybe 30 mins later, I got a call back and was able to make an appt, that same day.

      Pedro helped me and he was so nice. He told me what he can do and what can be done. They offered me a great quote and I went ahead and agreed. They provided great customer service. I came in Wednesday afternoon. They told me they didn't have the screen for my phone. They called me later on that day and said they wouldn't have my phone ready by Friday. I called them Saturday and said they didn't get the part in yet. I waited till Monday to call them. To be honest, I wasn't in a rush to get my phone, as long as my photos were still accessible. Pedro told me they are still working on and they would give me a call for an update. Tuesday, I came in. I was immediately greeted by Erik. Pedro handed me my phone. And it was fixed!!

      My laptop hard drive failed and while I did have a backup from a few weeks it also had a problem being read. Eric and Pedro were great they were very confident that they could either recover the original drive or be able to either use the backup to restore the laptop, if they couldn't do this there were sure that they could recover the critical files from the backup,

      It took them one day and they were able to restore everything from the backup and configured the laptop to make daily back-ups to an external drive.

      Thanks to ClickAway and Eric and Pedro for restoring my PC without the loss of a single important file.

      The staff is very friendly and nice. I left my HP Laserjet m283cdw (Costco) printer to them, which shut off itself from time to time. They opened it and checked thoroughly and performed days of test. Although no cause of the issue was found out and the issue itself was not reproduced, they recommended me to use a power strip with surge protection. This does the trick! (It's also possible they fixed the problem by cleaning the internal parts).

      They have this dedicated brick-and-wall shopfront in Sunnyvale and look quite professional. It's full of computers and peripherals there for repairs, a sign that they have trust of customers. The nice guy who received my printer said proudly that you can't find no one else who can fix all printer problems in this area. I kind of believe him, because the other business who claims they can repair printers phoned me and said they can only take care of paper jams :-)
