My review for COIL. My text and communications with Ms. Courtney and Andy were exceptional. You and the staff keep me informed on things that I needed to do before installation. You informed me that the technician would be here as you indicated. He was on time. The technician, JR performed the installation with no problems. I was able to use my product as when job was completed. Thanks for a job well done.

We moved to a new house, and I (badly) needed a Tesla charger installed. I sent out a few quotes. Coil came back a little higher than others, but when I looked carefully, their quote included everything including permitting and inspections. The others didn't, and when you added it all up, theirs was the cheapest option!

They scheduled promptly, showed up early (after checking if it was ok), were accommodating to my requests, and did a great, clean job.

The followup - payment was great, and handled entirely online.

I received a response very quickly about my request to have a 14-50 outlet installed with a reasonable price, but I was a little bummed that my agreement came back with a 6-50 outlet. It was my understanding that it was less common of an outlet so my purchasing an adapter would be less likely used at random airBnB etc.
No big deal it was the same output of Amps so I signed contract and ordered my converter from tesla. The day of the install a 14-50 was installed. It was what I originally wanted so I returned the adapter and ordered a new one. A week later I'm able to test it and find that it's loose with screws not tightened.(pictured). I guess I can tighten it myself but honestly makes me a little uneasy about the install with a simple thing being loose. I'm about to tighten it myself and hopefully I don't get shocked lol. Overall satisfied with the quick install with just a few hiccups

My husband and I just bought a mustang mach 3 and needed a charger installed in our home. We were referred to Coil by a friend so we reached out to them and a few other ev charger instal companies to get quotes. Coil was able to do the job so soon and for the best price. They were super friendly and helpful.
Being new to the electric vehicle world i had a lot of questions and they made the process so easy!
I was really hesitant at first to even get an electric vehicle but we're so happy we did.

After contacting several electric charging companies in San Francisco to install a TESLA charger in a multi-unit condo selected COIL Inc. The whole process of scoping the job, providing a quote, clarifying the technical specifications and scheduling the task was done online in a matter of day.
The sales associate Andrew C was very informative and efficient.
The installation was done on the scheduled date in 4 hours using a splitter / sub panel approach. The installer Jamie was very experienced and did a professional installation. The install passed inspection without issue and permitted all in the same day. I would highly recommend Coil to anybody with Evcharging installations be it residential or commercial.

I realize that you don't provide this service after calling but also you guys told me you were just too busy for my project which is why I originally gave a worse review hope this helps more that you guys could help me but I do recommend CBR for Solar or electric keypad installation etc they also do security cameras they helped me with my project and have been great about the service and explaining the process etc I highly recommend CBR. And I guess if you have a big project that coil might work out for you.

Creatively used space and circuits in the electrical panel, installed the outlet precisely where needed. Excellent service.

Coil was great with my very difficult installation. We have a multi level house which needed the wiring to go through multiple floors. They were very professional and able to install the Tesla charger within the day.

COIL Is leading the industry for all level two and level three fast charging. Do you need an electric vehicle charger contact coil they have nationwide service and a wonderful staff. By far the most professional EV installer in North America
