Comfy HVAC just completed an install of a 3-ton heat pump at our home. From start to finish it was one of the most professional contractor experience we ever had. The estimate was timely, clear and competitive. They ensured we received all eligible incentives and rebates.
The installation took place on time. The crew was great, carefully checking with us in the location of all the registers and coming up with creative solutions. The duct work in the crawl space is the neatest I've ever seen.
Every day they cleaned up and took the trouble to answer any questions we had.
We can highly recommend Comfy, and especially the crew we had.

I reached out to Comfy Heating & Air Conditioning since they installed and completed maintenance on my minisplit unit. They were quick to respond and provide a time and date for HVAC maintainance that qas convenient with my schedule.

This team is amazing. Gustavo came out Friday at 4pm on Memorial Day weekend to service our air conditioner. He spent a long time finding out the problem, which was a small break in the refrigerant line (the system is over 12 years old). I had zero (0) psi in my system.

Abel, who fixed our heating unit and installed our ac 12 years ago even remembered our system! He knew the piping and how it was set up. I was thinking the cost of repairs would be close to a new system. Abel explained the details and it wasn't even close. So Gustavo worked till after 8 pm to fix everything and get the system working (I even had to wear a jacket in the house till he got it just right).

Even Heidi handled all of my, probably lame, questions with professionalism and courtesy. These are the people you want to handle your AC and heating concerns. They did a great job 12 years ago and came through again.

I used this company for maintenance a couple of times. The first time went well, the second time I also asked them to repair a HVAC duct. Fine, they gave me a estimate. I told them and the technician to please fix it. I called them 2xs made it clear I wanted it fixed and they are just ignoring my request to schedule it.
Frustrating. I won't use them again.

This particular review is for the Above & Beyond service and attention to detail we just received from Carlos M who saved us from a heat wave that coincided with recovery from surgery. He not only got to us early but remained by our side until he was satisfied with the degree of chill. Carlos is more than skilled. He is kind, humorous and devoted, a pleasure to have in our home. Comfy HVAC just completed installing air conditioning and remodeled my air filtration system. I now I have a 16" MERV filter instead of the 1" my furnace came with-this will be so useful if we have fire seasons again. They worked on my ducts and fixed a few that not hooked up or connected incorrectly. I was told the job would take two days--they finished it in one full day! My 3 person team (Carlos, Jefferson and Claudio) did a great job. They were friendly, communicative and respectful of my space. I also appreciated that the owner estimated the work and kept the cost down by installing the system with my current duct work. He also knew the city codes well so the AC system location should not raise any red flags with it's location on the side of my house. I got 5 estimates before going with this company for the work. They were not the cheapest estimate but my friends used them, loved them, and they were highly professional and high quality.

Today, we confidently chose Comfy to install our brand new Carrier Heat Pump & Air Handler.
