I was desperate to get my 3 Proteam backpack vacuums repaired in a timely manner for a big job your company had in Santa Rosa. These guys are good! I came in they asked me what was going on with the machines I told them it was urgent they charge a small fee to move up to the front of the line and the next day I was called that my machines were ready. They even sell machines! I walked out with another backpack vacuum to add to our team!
