Complete Cleaners

This was my first time as this cleaners and definitely won't be my last! I found this shop after having a bad experience at my usual cleaners and wow.. this place is great!

The guy working at the store was really friendly! I needed to dry clean my suit and they were able to have it ready super fast! I highly recommend this place.

It was my first time coming here because I needed my Louis Vuitton scarf dry cleaned.

I got my scarf back a week later and the Louis Vuitton official tag with cleaning instructions on the inside of my scarf was completely gone. I reached out and they said they would check the machine... they called back and nothing was found.

My scarf feels very unofficial without the tag. I wasn't even offered an apology or refund.

DO NOT COME HERE. Especially with designer items because they will not be handled carefully.

I decided to come here for dry cleaning after reading the positive reviews. The staff that answered my call was friendly and the prices quoted were fair. The dry cleaning service was completed within the time frame quoted.

The store was bright, clean, and welcoming.

Saturday waiting outside at 8:35am. Yelp tells me they are open. No sign of anyone inside. So call before you show up. If they have a sign they don't follow ... I would suspect if they will address my issue. I called and no one picked up either.

Leaving and glad to not have dropped my clothes here.

Took my daughter's blazer to be tailored. Sleeves shortened by a couple inches. Told me it would be ready on Tuesday.

We travel out of our way to pick up and they tell me when we arrive it's not ready.

Poor communication. Expensive.

This place did such a wonderful job on my dress! I asked for it to be cleaned, it's a very special dress that needed the extra care and I was really nervous about getting anyone to clean it because I've had bad experiences in the past with other cleaners. The people working here are super friendly and very professional. The prices are good too. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for quality work especially for the more delicate clothing! You won't be disappointed.

Got here last week, i wanted to alter my pants and it turns out that it is still too long. It feels like the same length as the old one. I returned it and they don't wanted to redo it again i have to pay again. Really really bad service.

New to Yelp. But I've been coming here for years! The staff and service is amazing, the work done is always above and beyond! This place does everything on-site which is rare to find nowadays. Thank you complete cleaners!

I've used several dry cleaning services but this was the worst one. I was a new customer trying out their location. I dropped off my clothes and within hours i received a call stating that they classified my clothes incorrectly. That's not my problem. I agreed to pay the correct amount. They stated I would received a 15% off for being a new customer. Upon pick up my discount wasn't applied & no adjustment could be made because the owner wasn't present. Maybe I'm used to a more personal touch but I doubt I'll return.

I'll admit I'm a perfectionist and I did check all the hems and stitch work, and everything looked really good. Nothing stuck out or looked awkward.

This was my first time getting anything tailored and I wasn't sure what to expect. Dropping off my items and getting them pinned was a really easy process. The guy who pinned my items was really nice and very knowledgeable on what they can do and what will work with my requests. I did have a big batch of items, but they managed to get everything done by the end of the week, just like they said.

Highly recommend! I'm definitely coming back in the future for all my tailoring needs.
