Computer Pros is the place to go for all of your computer needs! They really listened to my specific issues and I really appreciate how they dont try to upsell you on the newest latest or extra add ons. They are honest and knowledgable and can explain complex technical issues so even a luddite like me can understand. Gerank and crew are really friendly and welcoming and dont make you feel like an idiot when explaining things.

I had a power supply go bad and they had me up and running in no time. A few months later, I needed to upgrade several components on my machine to meet the new minimum specs for apps that I use often. I was looking at a new computer but after a consultation with Gerank, I was able to have them replace my motherboard, processor and graphics card for way less than a new computer would have cost me! I basically got a brand new machine for a fraction of the cost. They really took the time to research and price out compatible components that fit my budget and needs. My computer is rockin in 4K resolution!

So thankful to have a gem like this on the Island. Thank you Computer Pros, customer for life!

Hard drive died after 13 years for my 27" iMac. Gerawk recovered data, made recommendations as to viability installing new drive vice recycling. Very knowledgeable and professional with discussions as to what my needs are.

Awesome helpful service. I just called in for some possible repair on a desktop tower, and because it was a very unusual custom build, there was nothing on their stock for the replacement part, but Clayton gave me really helpful tips on how to go about fixing it.

I called for help with some random projects. I was so impressed that the gentleman who answered the phone told me he doesn't do printer support because I probably just need a new one. He told me how I could take care of the other two issues myself.

He could have come out and done the job but he didn't want me to waste my money.

Been here once last summer and this week for two different computers. Had start-up/windows issues and they were able to assist and resolve for a reasonable fee.
Only downside is cash only, but I didn't pay until after job was completed.
Good experience for me.

I brought my laptop in for water damage around jan/feb this year. I had to bring it in almost immediately after because a charging port was still not working. i was told just to use the other port- ok fine. then that port stopped working. I brought it in again. i was told it was fixed. weeks later a port stopped working again. i started using the other port and once again that port stopped working. $500 later and multiple trips/days gone without my laptop which has caused me a lot of problems as i need it for my online grad program and the problem is still not fixed. i am extremely frustrated and disappointed in this service.

Vince and two of his employees, Felix and Isaiah, were all amazingly helpful. They were all knowledgeable and friendly. My wonderful computer was slowing down and was so near death it did not want to turn on when I brought it in hoping it could be repaired. I left my baby for them to run some diagnostic test and came back in hour to hear that it was worse than I though. I would be expensive to fix and being an older PC it would still be slow. Heartbroken, I looked at the refurbished computers they had and chose one that would be perfect for my needs. They thought they could have it ready the same day. It was the Friday before New Year's Eve rather than fight traffic going home I decided that I would pick it up after the holiday.

Let me tell you why I was amazed at this shop. When I came back to pick up my new PC they were helping a customer who was having a problem with her email. They were so patient with her when she did not know her user name or password. I would not have been as kind and helpful as they were. The Geek Squad would never be this nice. Several people came in to the shop when I was there and they were all treated with respect and a friendly smile. I appreciate the personal service that they offer.

Also there was no charge for them to check my computer and they apologized that I would have to wait an hour for them to run the test. A repair shop near me charges $69 for the same test and keeps the computer two days and does not apply that fee to the labor. I thought the price of my new PC was reasonable.

I now have: a new, faster, smaller computer. I'm a happy customer and am so glad I listen to my friend Kevin and came here. I think if you need a repair or maybe a refurbished PC you will be very happy if you come here, I certainly am.

My kid spilled water on her laptop - which we need for remote school - and killed the keyboard. I called somewhere else and they said it was unfixable. Instead, I brought it to Vince and he was able to replace the keyboard and save the laptop. He was upfront about the cost and how long it would take and was easy to work with. He also had good advice on how to upgrade the computer to keep it going. I will definitely be back for any future computer needs.

I needed a new internal hard drive for my 11 year old 27 inch IMac. Fortunately I had backed up the data to my external hard drive the prior week. I brought my IMac, my external hard drive alongwith a new external hard drive to Computer Pro and informed Eduardo that I wanted a second copy of the external hard drive made before installing the new ihard drive. Eduardo said he would call me later in the day with an estimate and if I said ok, everything should be ready within a few days. Eduardo called in the afternoon with the estimate and said the IMac might be ready the next day. Sure enough, I got a call that everything was done. At pickup, Eduardo took the time to give me a tutorial on what I needed to know re backing up. If I could give higher than 5 stars for Eduardo's professionalism and work ethic , I would. He is outstanding!

On top of this, Vince, the owner, called the following day to see if everything was working ok. I told him another issue developed and he said to contact Eduardo directly. Again, issue resolved. Great service!!
