Concord Auto Service

Ken is a true gem in the world of auto repair. I was looking to purchase a used car in Pleasant Hill and wanted to have the the car checked out before I pulled the trigger. I found Concord Auto Service through YELP and they certainly lived up to their 5 star rating.

Ken was helpful, kind, trustworthy and honest. The price was fantastic and Ken fit us right in. He gave us an honest detailed report about the condition of the car. Thank goodness we took the car to Ken before purchasing it! He found and noticed many things that we did not, which would have caused lots of stress and money to fix down the road.

The only bad part about Ken and Concord Auto Service team is that he doesn't have a shop in San Francisco, close to my house!

At concord auto service yor are not only satisfied with their job but you will be very happy because of their excellent service they would only not do your oil change but repair or replace whatever parts that need to be fix... in other shop they would only do the service you requested, over all two thumbs up for Concord auto service...

The got me right in for an oil change. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is the service shop I will use for all non-warranty work.

My car needed a belt and spark plug replacement, and we came across this highly reviewed and rated by customers on yelp. We were able to get a cost estimate over the phone, which I really appreciated, and on the drop-off day, everything just went so painlessly smooth. We dropped off our car at around 8 AM, and about two hours later, we were told that it was ready for pick up. And they gave us an option to pick it up at any time before they closed at 5 PM. We picked it up around 4 PM, got there and paid and it was done. I would definitely consider this place again if I need any car service in the future.

These guys have kept my cars on the road for many years. Theyre very knowledgeable and honest. I feel comfortable having these guys work on my cars.

Just finished our second major repair at Concord Auto Service on our son's V6 Tacoma pickup. They fixed several major systems, water pump and timing belt, oil leaks, brakes, and suspension, all in tip top fashion, and at fair prices. They are handsomely filling the void left by the untimely demise of Marc's Auto.
