I had an exceptional experience working with Charles when purchasing my new Equinox EV. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Charles made my wife and I feel welcome and comfortable, which set the tone for the entire process.

What really stood out to me was his professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a car and provided me with the exact option that perfectly matched my need and budget. He was patient and never once made me feel pressured, which made the whole experience stress-free.

Throughout the process, he was transparent about pricing, clearly explaining everything so there were no surprises. Even after the sale was completed, he followed up to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and offered his assistance with anything I might need going forward. This level of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated.

Charles was phenomenal! We honestly came in thinking we weren't going to be able to find another car, but luckily, Charles and Raman were able to get us into a 2023 Ford Explorer. After our exhaustive search, we decided to return to Concord Chevrolet to re-look at the 2024 C8 Corvette.... Romeo, Jag and John were extremely helpful and made the whole process very streamline and straightforward. There was no pressure whatsoever and at one point I wasn't quite sure if we were actually buying the car or what! lol. But we walked away with a brand new 2024 C8 Corvette. As you may theorize it's an awesome ride and a ton of power.... Jag and crew were happy to get me into it virtually painless.

I had the pleasure of working with Reza, a positive beaming gentleman, who provided professional service when I bought a used Chevy bolt. His enthusiasm was infectious and I found myself excited to test drive around. I thought the other staff were helpful as well, their team was collaborative in answering my questions. There was a no haggle policy which made the process less stressful. Reza explained the options on the car well. Test driving was super easy. They were able to apply the used EV tax credit which decreased the purchase price at the dealership, which helped me save money upfront instead of filing for the credit in April/May. Definitely happy with my experience.

We leased a Traverse from Chevrolet Concord and WOW I was so impressed. Working with Jagdip "JAG" and he was no nonesense. He didn't play the "Salesman's" game. We did a test drive, and once we returned he gave us the dealer invoice and got strait to the point. I'm Very Happy!

I'm in town from out of state and came to the service department with an engine light on for a misfire on cylinder 2.  I told them I had changed the ignition coil, spark plug, and wire for that cylinder and it did not resolve the issue, so it was going to be either an injector or a lifter issue. They said they would take a look and get back to me.
The called the next day and said the problem was not the injector, but they would have to take the engine apart to see if the problem was a lifter, which would be $2500 in labor. I told them I would rather just pick up the truck and fix the problem myself when I return home.
After picking up the truck and leaving the service department, I headed back to the place I'm staying - about 30 minutes away from the dealership.  The truck started shaking violently, the cruise control wouldn't work, and my stabilitrak light was on.  I went to Autozone and had the truck scanned.
Before going to dealership visit, I had one code - Engine misfire cylinder 2.
After the dealership "looked at it" there were 4 codes - Ignition coil 1 control circuit; ignition coil 2 control circuit; ABS code U0401-71; Engine misfire cylinder 2.
I called the dealership and spoke with Anthony at the service desk and told him my new issues and explicitly told him it would be an hour round-trip to return to the dealership. I expressed my concerns about the entire truck shaking and the transmission shifting so hard it shook the entire truck.  He assured me if I returned to the dealership, they would get it resolved.
Once there, he stonewalled me while I sat there for an hour.  They "looked at it" again and wrote a quote for the job they wanted to do - $11,000.  The told me I was on my own if I didn't want to do that.
I got back in the truck and as I was leaving, I noticed the engine lights were "mysteriously" all off now after they "looked at it" again.
I would rather drive my truck off a cliff than ever set foot in this dealership again.  They were absolutely unprofessional and more than likely unplugged something during the first visit and forgot to plug it back in. Instead of admitting they had done anything, they gave me a quote for $11,000 and when I didn't accept that, I'm pretty sure they fixed whatever they had done wrong.
In my opinion, this is hands-down the most dishonorable and dishonest service department I have ever been to.  I hope this review will help keep anyone away from this unprofessional company and its employees.
